POV: Ráel

Slowly trying to open my eyes,my body felt heavy, even opening my eyes required effort on my part, regaining my vision I was surprised to find my self once again before my inner demon.

The memories and events that happened came crashing down on me as I started to understand everything that happened so far.That creature, what was it, it was simply to powerful,it felt like I was once again in the presence of the god that reincarnated me.

But this creatures aura felt more sinister and dark, I am to weak to thing of creatures of that level as of now.

I tried to forget what happened and turned my attention towards my inner demon, it was looking at me with a complex expression on its face."You weren't supposed to go there so soon, you should have not met that creature yet." My inner demon said clearly surprised by the course of events that happened after I tried to fuse with aether.

"Huh, I see." My inner demon at first was confused but after a while an amused look appeared on its face as it looked down at me."Fate is quite an interesting thing, wouldn't you say so, and you are the one trying to defy it, and it had quite a little scheme up its sleeves, but it's plan backfires from the looks of it you succeeded and thus became the first and probably the last creature in the entirety of existence to have achieved something like that really interesting I have to say u surprised me, ops its seems as though I can't talk to you more about Fate but you probably already know what I would say go on Ràel show me how you will rule over fate" my inner demon announced proudly as he pointed at the sky and its body started to slowly decompose in small light participles as they fused with me once again like before.

The soul space started to shake as I made my way towards the throne and sat on it without a world it felt quite right like this is what I was supposed to do.

Overlooking this beautiful ever changing space I slowly closed my eyes, as I let my self be transported out of my soul space.

Slowly regaining my sight back, and feeling the humid air around me let me to believe that I was inside the cave in wich I locked my self,letting out a sigh of relief knowing that I was able to successfully evolve.I did not immediately stand up but decided to throughly check my body and my new powers.

I checked my now purple heart as it felt quite strange, I don't know how to describe it as the aether in the atmosphere was coming in my direction and entering my heart and flowing through my veins it felt quite mystic.

From now on my body would always be at its best as aether was constantly flowing through my body as it constantly was nourished, as the dead cells of my body would constantly be replaced with newer and stronger ones.<

My body alone has reached a level of power quite impossible for the native of this world to achieve, I could smash most high level mages to the ground with minimum effort.

I added a little amount of mana in my hand as I sliced my left arm completely to experiment on something, and just like I thought my arm grew back in seconds as the aether in my heart rushed towards my left arm to fix this "imperfections" and in seconds it grew back like.

My regeneration is also at a high level, most people would not be able to hurt my body but even if they managed to hurt me I would be healed the damage in no time.But the most exciting thing is the ability to manipulate Aether

I thought as I gathered Aether in my hand and touched the the ground beneath me with the intention of giving "Life" to the earth beneath me, and just like that the earth started to bloom in a sense as it was covered in grass and flowers.I did the same thing with my other hand but instead of "Life" I envisioned "Death" and the grass withered away and a tiny amount of aether was released back on the atmosphere as it made its way towards my heart.

This made me quite excited, from this little action I was sure that I can advance my understanding of aether even without the help of relic-tombs and Godrunes.

From my understanding Godrunes are markings that signify mastery over a specific edict of aether and are gained through insight into the edict.Maybe they will appear on my body as I advance my understanding of aether as of now I have at best basic understanding of aether.

After some consideration I decided to try and use my new "Runic Tattoo" I probably should find a better name for this but for now it isn't that important ,I thought as I concentrated my focus on the Runic Formation on my chest.

I tried to mentally activate the Runic Formation but nothing happend I even tried different other ways to make it work like saying "activate" among other things but it finally clicked in my mind it was something that works with Aether so what better way to activate it is there other then infusing aether into it.

Just like that the moment I infused aether in to the Runic tattoo on my chest it started to spread around my body taking on intricated paths and forms shining brightly.

I felt the increase this "Runic mode" gives the moment I activated it, I felt strong then before about twenty to thirty percent of course that's not the only buff I recieved I felt my control over aether to be much stronger then before.

Don't get me wrong I can control the aether since I have the Aetheric Heart but it's like most of it goes to waist and I can only control the aether in my body not the one in the surrounding its better to describe it as if I am a red stage agumenter right now with my measly understanding of aether.

But with the Runic mode I can feel that I have a certain control over the aether in my surroundings about five meter radius I can control it and I can also feel how fast it's draining my aether from my heart.

At this rate in about two minutes my reserve will be empty I said as I stoped infusing aether on my heart as the symbols and strange patterns around my body retracted back on my chest creating the circular formation once again.

After this I decided to check my body and to my surprise I have broken through the white stage now I can fly freely around this continent and the amount of mana I can control now is immens with more understanding over Aether I will be able to compete against high level Asuras without a difficulty but really does it even matter I thought as I let out a cold laugh the people of this world are just stepping stones for me to Ascend and become a God a true one with power to rule over everything even Creation and Destruction itself.

The lives of this people don't really matter to me as long as my goals are complete I don't care who dies and who lives if they try to stop me I will slaughter them every last one of them without hesitation no matter who they might be, I thought as I let out a bit of my killing intent.

I should forget that for now and concentrate on increasing my understanding of aether and and my elemental affinities, I still have some time before Arthur returns form the continent of the Asuras so for the time being I will go to deepest part of the beast glades and fight every mana beast I encounter while also training my abilities.

After making a plan I decided to finally have a look at my status

As always there is information about my new rank and the objectives I have to complete in order to rank up again but this time there is even an increase on the understanding of aether and even information regarding it I thought to my self as I decided to click on the rank first.

Arch demon-

A complete new Evolution from the previous ranks it elevates your existence into a higher one with the body and soul preparing you for a higher stage of power making u the top predator in any world or dimension you go.

Allowing you to understand concept previously thought impossible to understand, and without your mind suffering.

So in short it prepares my body and soul for the future to be able to handle more potent power I thought I quit like it basic but simple.

Now on to the next one I thought as I clicked on the question marks on the aether understanding.

As we already know there exist different aether types going by the name of :

Vivum

-Also known as the aether of existence, consists of actually four types or branches of aether: Life , Death , Creation and Destruction

Aevum

-The aether type that controls the Time of the world.

Spatium

-The aether type that controls the existing Space .

With this there is also a level of understanding just like the elemental mastery and

It goes like this.

Basic comprehension 1-30%

Intermediate comprehension 31-50%

Advanced comprehension 51-70%

Master comprehension 71-100%

Each lever representing how much I can control and what I can do with aether for example.

At basic level I can at most imbue my attacks with aether and a concept and I only have a small influence around me.

At intermediate level I can already have better control over concepts being able to use skills like space cut or space barrier

At advanced level it should be at the level of the jinns creating dimentional rifts without problem reversing time at some extent.

And Master level at the initial level you would be able to move anywhere any time you want rip space apart stop time for an extender period of time in a massive area and after reaching full understanding you aren't affected by time and space and you can't be copied or exist in another time line.

Basically becoming a true god I thought excited at the idea.

So I decided to close my status screen and move on to my next course of actions until the war starts and then we will see what I will do.
