Awakening

Living as a kid has been really boring, all I really do is crawl around the house follow when he sneaks around the house to read books or work on my core.

Life has been quite fun these days acting like a kid does get tiring from time to time. Currently we are both watching our dad concentrating for a few minutes gathering up mana just to make some stones fly.

"Your daddy is awesome HUH!!"

"Both of you guys are felling sleepy, looks you guys need a nap"

"Pls Mawa outside/books" Both me and Arthur look at mom with puppy eyes.

'Arthur is gonna awaken right now and I definitely don't wanna die'

"Oh its sounds like your father knocked out another tree lets go Ace" Mom said and carried me outside towards dad.

As we walked of the house towards Dad who was holding a tree which was half broken.

BOOOMM

Dad quickly dashes towards me and Mom and protects us from the explosion.

"Ace are you ok?" Dad asked

"Y-yeah I am ok dad"

"Honey..... Art.... Art is still in there!!"

Mom got worried and tears started running down her eyes and Dad instantly dashed towards the building to check up on Art.

"HA...HA... HA"

"Reynolds whats wrong?"

"Y-you got to be kidding me he is not even three... b-but hes already a-awakened!!"

Well a year has passed since that incident I awakened after a couple of days but I did it outside and didn't blow up my house my parents did ask me about how I did it but I just said "I copied what Art used to do"

Both of them only came up with one conclusion that we are geniuses. So during this past year mom taught us to read and write while dad taught us to basic mana manipulation and augmentation.

We also did basic workouts and exercises while Art tried to avoid most of them I have to say he is quite the nerd and likes reading a lot for some reason.

"Its time to train champs.... I got you both swords... COME ON!!!"

"Now remember what I taught you kids match the flow of mana with your breathing.... just like hear core is another organ"

Both me and Art dash towards Dad and attack him with multiple blows which he easily blocked without any problems.

Reinforcing my sword with mana both me and Art dashed towards dad cut through the branch into three pieces easily and I fell on my face because I can't balance with this small body. Both dad and Arthur had a surprised pikachu face looking at me.

"You ok Ace?"

"Yeah I just tripped dad"

"So can I go study now dad?" Art

"Y-yeah sure Art"

"I am gonna continue training dad"

"Ok Ace"

Now then I should start by learning Mana Rotation, the skill of maintaining a steady inward flow of mana while being able to fight.

Damn this is way harder than it looks, well looks like I will just have to train my body for now.

"Aaarthur Aaaceee!!!

"Honey I think its time to get Arthur and Ace a proper mentor"

"He is only four... besides you said you would be able to teach him!"

"I am fine with anything" I said lazily

"Can't mommy and daddy come too and we can go together!!" Arthur said as he continued eating.

"I guess we really didn't think about that AHAHA"

"THEN LOOKS LIKE WE ARE GONNA GO TO XYRUS CITY!!!"

"Ahem as your big brother I have to learn more and I am not a nerd"

"Yes you are and we are twins you are only older than me by a couple of minutes"

'Well I did live as a king in my past life so I am way older than you' " Well I could ask you the same why are you such a training maniac"

"Both of you go to bed... we are leaving to Xyrus tomorrow"

"Tomorrow so fast??"

"Yeah we are going with our old friends from the twin horns they are going to xyrus as well so they are taking us along with them" she said kissing us both on the forehead and left.

Arthur... Ace introduce yourself"

"Hello my name is Arthur Leywin.... thanks for coming together with us to Xyrus" he said with a bow as he introduced himself in a very polite way.

"I am Ace... thanks for taking us with you!" I said with a huge smile.

"You sure these are your kids Rey?" Adam asked with doubt crouching down patting both our heads.

"AWW they both look just like you Alice" Alice said as she picked us up and gave us a tight hug as we got squeezed by her bo- ahem 'This feels nice... but I can't fucking breathe'

"Angela your hurting them" Durden picked both of us and put us on the ground and gave us a thumbs up.

Jasmine just looked at us nodded and went back to the carriage.

"Don't mind her she just needs to get used to you... nice to meet you Arthur and Ace I am Helen Shard"

"Alright now that's everyone is acquainted, lets prepare to move on!!" clapping his hands Dad shouted.
