3 Class Selection
Aryan slowly opened his eyes and was greeted by the sounds of blazing sirens. As he slowly got back to his feet, he felt a bit dizzy, not knowing what was happening around him. As his vision got better, he took a look around and found himself in... a city?
He was standing in the middle of the road of a familiar city. It wasn't any place he had visited in real life, but Aryan had a feeling he knew the place quite well.
'I was supposed to be in a prison right? Wait, was it all a dream?'
As much as Aryan wanted everything to be nothing but a nightmare, his luck wasn't all that good. Soon enough the memories of what happened flooded his head. The hologram of the man and his words echoed inside his head.
'A test of survival? How are they planning to do that?' Aryan went into full-on strategic thinker mode, 'The man said he would force us into VR pod to play a game. So it's clear what he wants us to do. There isn't a logout option so it means we're stuck here unless someone either pulls us out of the pod or the system, forcefully ejects us.'
While Aryan was thinking all that, he failed to notice there were quite a few people around him.
"Damn it, they should have just let us kill each other in real life it would have been much easier."
As soon as Aryan heard the voice, he jumped. He hadn't been dreaming, he really was in some sort of a game.
He turned to see around a hundred people standing around him. But the man who said those words looked far more terrifying than the rest of them. Maybe it was due to the man's toned physique and horrific face. But Aryan had made up his mind to not get in the man's way.
"Yeah, you think you can kill any of us here?" The woman Aryan had seen before quickly retorted.
"Don't worry babe, I won't kill you. But turning you into a toy to pleasure me doesn't seem like a bad idea. Kekeke." The bald man replied.
It seemed a war would break down there at any moment as more and more people began bickering amongst each other.
At the same time, a realisation hit Aryan in the face. The people who would be playing games with him were cold-hearted criminals, who were on death row for god knows what kind of crimes.
In their eyes, he was the same as them but only Aryan knew he was framed for committing crimes he never did. Which meant... these people were no strangers to killing others without a tinge of hesitation or remorse for their prey.
'It would be better if I stay away from them.' He thought and wanted to take a step away from them, but failed.
No matter how much he tried, he couldn't take a step. It was as if his feet had been glued to the street. At the same time, an announcement was made.

Soon the voice was gone and replaced by floating text boxes in front of all of them, it looked something like this:

Choosing this class would give you: +1 Strength (STR), -1 Stamina (STA), +2 Agility (AGI), +2 Evasion (EVA), +1 Vitality (VIT), +5 Accuracy (ACC) and +0 Intelligence (INT).
>> Nimble Mechanic: A class that excels in using a variety of weapons and setting up traps. It is a class that's hard to master, but if done correctly, could easily take care of any other class with ease. Choosing this class would give you: -1 Strength (STR), -1 Stamina (STA), +4 Agility (AGI), +3 Evasion (EVA), -1 Vitality (VIT), +3 Accuracy (ACC) and +5 Intelligence (INT).
>> Virtuous Healer: A supporting class that doesn't stand out much on its own. However, the skills needed to use this class are much less than in any other class. -2 Strength (STR), -2 Stamina (STA), +3 Agility (AGI), +2 Evasion (EVA), +5 Vitality (VIT), +2 Accuracy (ACC) and +4 Intelligence (INT).

'All of these classes... I have seen these before!' Aryan couldn't help but smile, it would seem his luck wasn't completely dead till now, 'These all belong to Devil's Assassin MMORPG!'
It was the same game Aryan had spent the recent part of his life on and had gained popularity in the streaming world as being one of the best Mechanics the game had ever seen.
'So this Tartarus Online crap is a ripoff of Devil's Assassin? Wait now that I recall... Devil's Assassin was developed by a company whose parent company was called Tartarus. Don't tell me, they are the ones in charge of running this prison as well!?'
Aryan felt as if he was on to something, but before he could ponder on it anymore, the timer reminded him to choose a class.
He knew choosing Nimble mechanic class would reduce his vitality which would then reduce his HP as 1 VIT was equivalent to 100 HP, but if everything went right, he would be able to increase all of his stats well over 10 points so it should be fine.

Stat points shown within '()' are additional stat points which should be added to the number before them to know the true stat.
For example: if it's shown Intelligence: 13(+3) then the total INT stat would be 13+3=16.
