Love Me

Bea almost teared up after reading the text, she couldn't believe her eyes. Ivy actually cared about her to the point of endangering her life by getting married at the age of eighteen to a monster she gave birth to.

"Thank you so much, Ivy... thank you,"she said, hugging her tightly. Ivy on the other hand hugged her back, she had always wanted to marry for love and not the other way around. She didn't know why the heck she took such drastic decision but as long as it was for Bea the decision was worth it.

"If he doesn't change after two months, then I'll send you to France for studies and you could perfect your art skills,if that's okay with you," she said and Ivy increased her grip as an affirmative response.

"Ian,can you please quit getting into trouble?" Tania yelled and Ian who was watching a TV show on the couch at the living room simply closed his eyes - trying his best not to get angry."Look, I'm tired of getting calls from your mom..why aren't you saying anything?!"

"I beg you in the name of wherever you crawled from, leave me alone! Tania...please, " Ian mumbled and returned his attention back to the TV, Tania picked up the TV remote and switched it off.

"Can't I have a normal discussion with my boy-" she couldn't finish because Ian walked out to avoid any trouble, he went to his room but Tania refused to just let this slide, she followed him to the room and shut the door loudly behind her.

"I've been trying my best to help you out Ian but you've refused to respond to any method of treatment that I use... can't you atleast pretend, I'm trying to make your mom like me and support our union! Why are you so adamant to change? Why -" she was interrupted by Ian's next moves, he held her and pinned her to the wall with his fingers piercing her flesh.

She could see the fury in his eyes and prayed inwardly that he wouldn't kill her right in the room she was supposed to share with him if they eventually tie the knot. He sensed the fear in her eyes combined her shaky body so he let her go.

"Why can't you just let me be? Huh? What's the point of loving me if you're scared that I'm capable of eliminating you?!" He yelled ,took his car keys and left the room for her. Her lips were shaking and she was trying to recuperate from the shock and from Ian's words. She slowly slid down the wall in tears and cried uncontrollably.

"Hi, Niel," Bea said, waving at the handsome figure walking to her table at the restaurant she asked him to meet her at.

"Hi, Ms Kim,"

"Oh, c'mon I'm not old, we're about the same age just call me by my name,"

" Alright..B-Beatrice.....what can I do for you?"he asked, sitting on the chair opposite go her.

" Well.. Nathaniel, would you like anything?"

"No, I'm fine..I just ate dinner before you called me, so is anything wrong or is it about Ian?" He asked, sipping a cup of water.

" Yes...I want him to get married," she announced and Niel spat out the entire liquid in his mouth.

" I'm deeply sorry..but you aren't serious, are you?"

" Of course I am..he needs..love," she said with a shrug and Niel could no longer contain his laughter when he found out that she wasn't finding it funny he sealed his lips immediately.

"I'm sorry..again but that is impossible. Ian Kim, the certified and verified playboy of the century married?, ha! tell me something better, he doesn't have any tangible girl in his life,"

" I know Niel..which is why I found someone for him and yes it's dangerous but she's willing to take the risk..the wedding is next week. I'm going to inform Ian tomorrow and don't care if he hates her or not. He's going to get married to her, she's a rare gem and I need you to help me out with something,Niel,"

Niel had no choice but to follow Bea's orders,Ian was a pain in the neck and probably getting him married could ease the tension and keep him from dating every single female on planet Earth.

"What is it?"

"She's a mutism patient -"

"Wait...what? Does she understand the amount of fire she's about to get into? And there's absolutely no way she can handle the heat....Ian needs someone....damn she's hot," he muttered when Bea showed him a picture of Ivy on her phone before returning the phone back to her purse.

"I want you to pay frequent visits to the chateau and make sure that Ivy's okay,if she isn't then I'll terminate the marriage, disown him and adopt her,"

"Wow, that's really tough decision.. I'll do it but do I need to tell Ian before you -"

"I'll tell him tomorrow....I called him to come over and I know how he is if he dare to spill out any abusive words he's going to taste my side of him,the wedding isn't going to be huge it's a going to be just me. You, my sister and her husband to avoid any nonsense from the public,"

"An arranged marriage,is definitely one things Ian needed..thank you Bea," he said, smiling.

The next morning,Tania woke up to see Ian adjusting his collar with the help of the large dressing mirror,she walked up to him and wrapped her hands around his waist with her head on his large muscular back.

"I'm sorry about last night," she said, softly. He turned and cupped her face in his hands.

"I like you and if you then I really mean it. You aren't dating my mom quit trying to please her and you don't owe me an apology, just love instead of my mom, okay?"

"Okay" she mumbled and hugged him tightly before he pulled out from their embrace and kissed her forehead.
