1 The Begining

Tama laid down on the ground facing the sky, "Where am I?" He opened his eyes. He was confused. He moves his head right and left, up and down. He tried to figure out where he was.

'Is this afterlife?' he talked in his mind

A dragon, a very big dragon flew on top of him. A black dragon followed by its hatchling

"WHAT THE HELL HAPPENEEEED?!!" Tama screamed loudly. His eyes seemed to want to pop out from its place.

Still in a panicked state, he woke up and sit. He still moved his head towards every corner of the place rapidly. He breath fast. The only thing he could see was trees. A lot of trees. Maybe he was in a jungle.

'No, there won't be a f*cking dragon in the afterlife! Dammit!' He stood up and cleaned his shirt.

'Wait, I'm supposed to be dead. That horrible accident isn't just a dream. That car hit me hard and that pain I got was awful. But, right now I don't feel any pain. Nor do my head or my body parts hurt or bleeding. What. Is. This.'

In a confused state, Tama suddenly heard a voice, 'Good morning, Sir. How are you today?'

"Who are you?! Show yourself!" Tama scared like hell, he was not prepared for this kind of thing. He was not a martial artist so he couldn't fight to protect himself.

'Ah, I'm HA-Mk.39, sir. How can I help you today?'

Tama looked for the source of the voice and tried to walk to every direction.

"Help me?! What are you talking about? Who are you?"

'I'm your personal assistant sent to help you to go through this new life of yours, sir. I'm in your head, like you know, software that installed on a computer back then in your world?'

'Wha- No. This, can't be true. It must be a dream and I right now was in a hospital with my Pa besides me. It must be.'

'Sir, I'm able to read your mind. So, to answer your doubts, no, you are not in a hospital and what you see and what you hear right here is a reality, sir.'

"…No, I can't believe it. I know there was an artificial intelligence but not this advanced."

'No, Sir. Earth's technology right now is way beyond the technology used by my creator. And you can just talk to me within your mind so you won't be called crazy by the others.'

Tama took a small walk toward a tree to sat down near it. He was in a surprised state so he needed time to process what was going on with him.

Tama asked HA-Mk.39 about every detail available, "Alright, please tell me about everything you know. By the way, do I need to call you what is it Mk.39?"

'You can give me a name if you want to.'

'Ah, I forget I can speak to you just by my mind. Okay, umm, what should I call you then… let me think for a while.'

'Yes, sir. By the time you thinking about my name, I will tell you the detail that happens. First of all, you were dead.'

'…I see. Okay, what is Keyra? Where is it? Is it another planet in another galaxy?'

'So, I have a 'super brain' so I need no sleep? I guess I can stop shocked about all this nonsense.'

'Not only you are able to not sleeping at all, but you also able to learn things faster, thinking faster, and so on. You have a super brain, sir.'

'And to answer your question about common sense, Keyra has the same common sense as Earth. The only difference here is the creature that lives inside Keyra. Do you know dragon? Or Elf? Goblin? Such things exist here.'

'…Are you sure we are not in a game? I started to doubt that this is a reality.'

'Yes, sir. I'm sure about what I said before. No need to be panic, I will assist you with any kind of information you need here. And don't forget about my name, sir.'

'Oh, I almost forget it. So, you are a male or a female?'

'I don't have any gender, sir. I don't do s*x either if you ever want to ask that information.'

'Oh, sorry then. I will assume you are a male if you allow me because clearly, you have a male voice.'

'That will be okay.'

'Fine, then. Your name will be Bima.'

Tama stood up. He was hungry and wanted to eat so he asked Bima about edible things on Keyra,

'Hey, Bima. I'm hungry, any recommendation about food here? We are in the middle of a jungle, right?'

'Yes, sir. What do you want to eat? Well, you need to cook it first tho.'

'Any kind of food will be okay. I'm hungry as hell, man.'

'There are some fruits and mushroom on you right. About ten meters from here. The fruits you can eat it as it is but the mushroom, you need to at least burn it first.'

'Alright, what about water?'

'In the fruits that I mentioned before, there will suffice your water for now.'

'Good.'

Tama walked to his right and he saw a big tree in front of him. He looked up to the branches of the trees and he saw many red colored fruits up there. He climbed that tree and collect some fruits to eat and some more for later. He then searched for the mushroom mentioned by Bima and found some of it.

"I think it will be enough for now. Let's cook them!"

Since his mother passed away, Tama learned how to cook from his maid. He was an independent one since then.

"Uaahh… It feels so good to cook and food this fresh! Hmm, what else should I do? Sleep is now officially deleted from my dictionary." Tama thought about visiting a small town or a village near him.

'Hey, Bima. Do you know about where is the nearest village or town from here? There is human on Keyra, right?'

'That's right, sir. Nearest village from here is about two hours walking. How about it, sir?'

'I'll take it.' Tama walked with a happy gesture. And a happy face.

'Sir…'

"Yes, Bima?" Tama kept walking. The sun was already set.

'Wrong way, sir.'

"Dammit!"He stopped with an angered face.

'Not my fault, sir. You are going to the south, the village is west from here.'
