Love issues

Have you ever waited for the right time to tell someone you love them, but lost the opportunity because the person you like started dating someone else. It feels worse when the person you like asked you for advice on dating someone in the opposite gender, it's bad enough that the person that's dating the person you like knows you like the person he/she is dating. It's frustrating that you can't do anything about it because you want that person happy.
