5 Daily life of Zanek

It has been months since I´ve been tamed. *sight* I still can´t believe that I fell for such a simple trap, but those purple crystals looked so damn tasty. They were practically begging for me to eat them. Can´t believe that that young boy really caught me the mighty red Dractori of the east. Ahh, I miss my parents… I should have listened to them and stayed in the den.

Well, can't help it now. Crying does not change anything anyway. And I am lucky that that young boy is so nice. Gruuu, those head rubs are heavenly. Oh oh and he regularly gives me those purple crystals. Ahhh, what bliss of being a tamed beast.

Ahem, I mean it´s not so bad, I guess…

My new home is a small but cozy barn, with 3 other tamed beasts. One of them is a birdbrain, well he literally is a big green bird. A Tanndo to be exact. Fandi the Tanndo is very likable and is a good singer, always tweeting a happy song which brightens the day of the listeners. Well, his tweeting does contain a little bit of calming magic to be exact.

The other 2 on the contrary are not sociable. They like to be alone and sleep all day. I tend to get lonely at night, even if I am sharing this stable with 3 other beasts, so sometimes my master sleeps next to me so that I don´t feel lonely anymore. I always slept with my parents and siblings in one big nest, so sleeping alone is not something that I like.

If I don´t have my daily training or sleep in the stable, I just walk around or play with my master in the woods, but he is so slow. Hehehe it is truly fun playing with master and his female mate, naturally I always win. I think his mate is called Mily. She smells nice, like flowers, she also pets me while nuzzling me. And the other day she secretly gave me a purple crystal. She is my second favorite human that I know. Naturally, my master is the best.

Mily is a good human, even if she teases or play little pranks on my master, not like that bulky man that stays in the same house as my master. He always hits me when I chew on those shiny sharp sticks. A true demon I tell you, I can´t even bite him he is just to strong. Argh, thinking about him makes me angry.

Hump, just you wait puny human. In a few years I will be a mighty Dactori and bite you to my heart content. I just must be patient. I will get my revenge in time. It won't be too harsh as he never forgets to feed me delicious meat and fresh water.

What I am doing now?

Some daily training with my master. He orders me to spit on some tiny birds. Those tiny birds are a pain in the tail for being so small and not letting me hit them. Don´t know why my master tell me I should kill the tiny bird, but well I don´t want to laze around all day anyway. Oh, and master showed me a hard bolder that I can chew and claw on.

We also have been hunting together. Never knew that hunting with someone could be so fun. I always have been hunting alone because my sibling said it was too dangerous. Well they weren´t wrong that´s how I got caught, but they still are little Felis.

I learned that my master had a master. And let me tell you, she is even more of a monster than the bulky man. But she only treats my master harsh. She uses my back as her personal chair or lay on me and plays with my beautiful red feathers. In return I get some neck rubs and purple crystals, so I allow her to do as she please.

My master is training hard with her, and he now can shoot multiple little blue flaming balls at the same time. Because of the daily training we had done, we both got bulkier and taller, but only a little. My claws are now sharper than ever, and after days of trying I finally killed my first pesky bird. My accuracy and range are nearly as good as my parents. Not gonna brag, but I am a talented Dactori.

Hmmm, well my life as a tamed beast is not as bad as I thought. My master wants to travel the world and all kinds of things so I can´t wait what the future may hold for us…
