Hi everyone. I am now finally feeling better and getting back on my feet. Thank you very much for your concerns and get well wishes. The worry you showed to me was very touching and really appreciated. Thank you so much!
Today, I have another announcement to make. When I first began writing my first novel last month, I did not know about the details of the WPC contest. I only knew about it in passing. So, I created my fiction without entering any. I did not know that to enter the contest, it had to enter at the time of creation only. So, I thought I could post the draft of my novel here to get feedbacks and entered the contest later when I was ready.
After some considerations, I would like to repost my novel with an edited version and use this one as my first draft version. The reason that I will not delete this one because I would like to keep all of my readers' reviews and comments. I really appreciate them.
I also like my characters and plots right now. I don't want to change some contents of the story for the sake of pretending to be a completely different new one when, in reality, it is not. It is, in fact, a modified version. In addition, I occasionally went back from time to time to revise some paragraphs in the past too. So, the story won't change much.
Right now, my novel has about 15k words. It is also a recommended length for the new novel to enter the contest. The only thing I concern about is the rule since it will be a more or less reposted revision version. There is no rule specifically stating about this one. I texted my editor to ask but there was no reply yet. (Probably because of the timeline difference?) However, I will go with it to submit and see how it goes...I hope you guys still support my novel in the new link when it finishes the vetting process.
