"WHY! WHY!" " Emberstar! Emberstar! Calm down!" "No! I will not leave my home because you did not protect your leader!" "Emberstar, NightClan will soon rule the forest. LeafClan has already decided to come with us and we cannot wait long. If you will not come with us, that is your mistake." Shellstar said icy cold eyes staring at Emberstar. Emberstar seemed about to yowl a retort, but he closed his eyes. "Fine, if you say that this new home is going to be safer, then so be it." Emberstar signaled with his tail, to his clan, who reluctantly started to prepare. "My clan will prepare and be ready by moonfall. Soon the FireClan's warriors had everything ready and soon we were all leaving the forest. I had nothing to say. I had no idea what was happening! We soon were walking out of the forest that I had lived in all my life. "Not so fast" We all looked around as all of our warriors surrounded our leader. All of the leaders turned their colors. Shellstar lit up blue and white. Sagestar turned bright green, and Emberstar turned red. A couple of other warriors and me turned different colors too. I flickered a deep red, trying to intimidate the cats. Even though we saw no one, we knew who this clan was. "You are nervous are you?" "I will let you go, but I know where you will go, and I will come," he said. And then silence. After a couple of moments. We started moving again. The days of the journey were long and hard. With barely any food or water. "MaplePaw! Come on! Faster!" I had been daydreaming all day and was almost starved to death, and I was not the only one. Over the past couple of moons, 3 cats had died on the journey. two of the Islet clan, another of the leafclan. They had been trotting seconds ago and then they would slump on the path and never get up. Soon after 3 more moons, SwirlWind, the deputy of LeafClan, yowled, " I see it! I see the forest!" I rushed past SwirlWind and looked out onto the valley. She was right! I looked off from the edge of the valley and saw large trees, trees! I ran down the steep hill and was tempted to run straight into the forest but several of the cats yelled at me to stop. "We don't know if it is safe, what if it is not a good home for us. StarClan has not even guided us to this home, maybe they will not approve," said Shellstar. Shellstar had gained most of his strength back and casually trotted toward the forest. His eyes glowed blue and 2 large wings grew out of his body. He lifted himself in the air and flew around the forest. He landed a couple of moments later. "The forest seems safe enough, you may venture into the forest. Each clan will not separate, find a good camp, and then we will establish borders." I then walked back to the group of cats and gathered around Shellstar. I saw many other cats gathered around their leaders. "Now my clan, we MUST get a camp near a lake or our future apprentices can train using their profound ability. I am going to pick 4 cats to go into the forest, check if it is safe, and find a good camp. MaplePaw, you LemonPaw, and SunWind will go for my clan. I instantly perked up. "LemonPaw is amazing!
