Introduction

I'm your average joe who got the brilliant idea to write a book. It has long been a dream of mine but having a dream and fulfilling it are two different things. But the birth of my daughter changed all that and she became my biggest inspiration to keep going. I did not strive to be original, diverse, groundbreaking or even that good. I just wanted to write a story that speaks to me and gets my imagination going and to my own satisfaction I just did that. I'm not going to pretend I'm not going to feel a small amount of pride if other people find joy in what I put to words but honestly it is not my main goal.

I took my own life experience and the people closest to me and put them into a high fantasy world and watched it develop as I went along. So a lot of characters are inspired on real life people in my own life and who made an impact on it in some way or form. Most off all my wife and daughter who where my main inspiration while writing and in general drive me forth day after day. A family filled with love and support is the only thing a person needs to thrive and truly be happy and that's exactly what i found after a lifetime of mistakes and tragedy.

Dedicated to my loving wife Jessica and my little girl Harley who both made this journey possible and inspire me to be the best husband and father every day and make me a better person just by being in my life.
