Hong Yue Xian brought the Sikong duo to his home, stunning Shen Xiu. When she saw Sikong Hongyue, she immediately understood and looked suspiciously at him. He had no choice but to explain everything, and after Shen Xiu heard about Sikong Hongyue's past, she felt deep resonance to her own, and gladly welcomed her. It seemed she planned to become good friends with her and show her the way. After informing Shen Xiu, Hong Yue Xian sent letters to Huyan Lanruo and Yang Xin explaining his upcoming trip to the Nether Realm.

Following that he went to the Winged Dragon Family, only to meet Xiao Ning'er half way there. She was happy to see him and rushed to him, before suddenly stopping and blushing. It seemed she was still not entirely used to the fact that they are engaged now. While Xiao Ning'er was hesitating, Hong Yue Xian made his move. He wrapped his arm around her waist and embraced her. "Ning'er. You look as lovely as ever, more even. I am so lucky to have such a pretty fiancée." Chuckled Hong Yue Xian, causing Xiao Ning'er's face to become flushed.

She finally managed to curb her bashful emotions and said. "Xian, I was just looking for you. Nie Li and others are planning to go to the Nether Realm. I would like you to come with me, us." "Hmm. Of course I will come with you, except I still have something to do in the city, but how about you all start off once you are ready and I will catch up later. I promise to enter the Nether Realm with you, alright?" Explained Hong Yue Xian.

"But for you to go alone is too dangerous. What if..." Before Xiao Ning'er could finish, Hong Yue Xian lifted her chin with his finger and kissed her sweet cherry lips. He felt her body tremble and jerk in his arms but he persisted until he felt the tension leave her. Once she accepted his advances Hong Yue Xian broke off the kiss and whispered. "Don't worry, Love. I will be alright. I will see you soon and stay safe."

Hong Yue Xian did not wait for the reply and swiftly walked away, leaving a red faced and dazed Xiao Ning'er. Shortly, she shook her head and rushed off with a flushed face. Meanwhile, Hong Yue Xian went to the city gates and hid himself. 'I have been hiding more and more often recently, huh.' Pondered Hong Yue Xian as he waited for Nie Li and the gang.

Soon he saw them leave the city. He could see the purple haired Ye Ziyun wave good bye to Ye Zong and Lord Ye Mo, before walking away. Hong Yue Xian waited for a few moments and once the latter duo left, he followed after Nie Li and company, using the Snow Cat's ability, Snow Blend, allowing him to approach the group undetected.

Several days later two powerful beings intercepted the group. They were the two beasts guarding Yu Yan in the Black Spring. They demanded for her to follow them, and once she refused, began their attack on the others.

The duo were very strong, even Hong Yue Xian was not confident of defeating both of them at the same time. Unfortunately for them, they underestimated Nie Li and his Draconic bombs. Soon one of the brothers that faced Nie Li was sent flying by the explosions, yet before he landed his body was snatched by Hong Yue Xian.

Luqian Sha was still alive though not for long, thus, forcing Hong Yue Xian to devour him straight away. On one hand, it was easier for Hong Yue Xian as Luqian Sha was fatally wounded and his soul realm was mostly torn apart. It did not take long to devour him. On the other hand, Hong Yue Xian would not get much soul essence from him.

Fortunately, soul essence was not what he wanted, rather the memories and knowledge. That was all he needed from him, and shockingly he managed to absorb his memories, leaving Luqian Sha still alive. Hong Yue Xian stared in astonishment, as he realised for the first time that he could steal others' memories without killing them.

Immediately, he became excited as there was always one person whose memories he wanted but whom he could not kill. He wanted to start planning how to capitalise on this discovery but he still had things to do. He glanced down and saw Luqian Sha was already dead.

After devouring Luqian Sha he snuck back closer to the fight and saw Nie Li throwing batches after batches of bombs at the other one. Soon he as well fell victim to Nie Li's brutal tactics. Just before the explosions swallowed Luqian Mo, however, Hong Yue Xian used the Nether Escape twice to rescue him, before hiding and devouring him as well. This time it took much longer.

Several hours later Hong Yue Xian absorbed the memories of the two brothers and could not help but chuckle in his mind. 'So that's it. It seems like I will need to make a trip to the North Heavenly Ice Plains once I come back from the Draconic Ruins Realm. Just you wait, Mr Icecube." With that Hong Yue Xian picked up the several things dropped by the two brothers and went to catch up with Nie Li and group.

He managed to reach them before the entrance to the Nether Realm, to the delight of Xiao Ning'er. Luo Ming and the two other Legend rank experts exchanged a glance and kept silent. Meanwhile, Hong Yue Xian said he passed by a scene of a battle and picked up a Black Dragon Scale. He later gave it to Duan Jian as it was useless to Hong Yue Xian, while very beneficial to Duan Jian, plus he always admired Duan Jian in the novel and wanted him to get stronger.

At last the group entered the Nether Realm and proceeded to Blackrock City. Except for Nie Li and Luo Ming trio, everyone was shocked by the landscape and kept looking around in curiosity. Hong Yue Xian pretended to be shocked as well as he discussed with Xiao Ning'er what they saw.

Shortly, they arrived at the Jade Seal Family compound but were told that all of the Nether Realm had gathered at the Nine-Layered Deathlands. As the group reached there, they could see countless tents and flags pitched on a vast field, just like a huge host preparing for an invasion.

After searching for a bit, the Jade Seal Family camp was finally before them. Luo Ming quickly rushed in and informed the patriarch, who greeted Nie Li and observed the group. His eyes could not help but twitch a bit when he saw Hong Yue Xian but Luo Ming already informed him and he kept his calm. He nodded approvingly at Ye Ziyun and arranged a place for them to stay, while they wait for the seventh floor to open.
