7 Ye Hai

After Hans mind calms down he notices that the tense atmosphere has yet to be completely gone, as he looks around he can hears a voice.

Among the grand elders every single one of them are pinnacle black gold rank who are already half a step into legend rank well that is off course every grand elder other than Lord Ye Mo who is an existence in the legend realm, while all of the others present here are from the generation of their descendants, almost every adult here has reached a minimum of good rank and a the elders have entered black gold rank.

Upon finding this out Han can't help but think something major must have happened which was never mentioned in the story, thinking about things from another point of view how could the snow wind family have remained in top while having power which was not that far ahead when compared to other major families, not only that the fact that the dark guild that kept quite for so many centuries actually took actions openly during the main storyline, that too on multiple occasions. If the Ye family had not been weakened how could this have even happened.

After everyone is done eating Han is called in a room to meet the supreme elder.

Upon entering the hall Han notices that this room is a bit similar to that of a throne room, as there is a throne where the supreme elder is seated and five chairs on both of sides respectively, the seven grand elders can be seen sitting on them. From the looks of the 3 remaining seats Han could guess that they should be in closed door cultivation trying to break through to legend rank.

Upon Hans entrancd to the room Ye Hai the supreme elder of the Yes family eye shines for a moment before going back to normal. Today he had already prepared a list full of questions and was prepared to find out if this kid is worth being adopted into to the main family of his Yen clan and receive their help, live and support. So hence he begins his questions without wasting time and being blunt and direct.

"Listen kid, You and I both know you are not an average kid, despite your age, your mental and thinking capacity isn't any inferior to my own grandson, so lets not play around and lets cut to the chase and be quick and frank here. What is it that you wish for in life, I mean what are your goals and objectives in life. What do u want to do when you grow up."

Upon hearing this question Han directly gives an answer before even a second passes, " For now I want to cultivate to gain strength, once I'm done and I have the strength to I want to go out and explore, just to get experience(Go to the Draconic Ruins Realm and level up some more)how large the world is and enjoy the beauty it has to offer and settle down( Look for beauties and make a harem)."

To Hans answer he gets another question from another elder, "What will do to obtain that strength?"

Hans reply came without a second thought : "I will simply train, hard work always pays off, off course taking a few shortcuts along the way is fine as well."

To Han's reply the supreme elder had an unpleasant expression on his face before replying "You are wrong kid hard work does not always pay off. There are so many people in Glory city alone let alone the one's in the past all around the world who worked hard, they put in blood and sweat, but yet they failed to gain strength. Look around the Glory city how many have tried for over twenty years and yet they failed to even reach 1-star bronze rank and had to give up their dreams and become a fighter instead. So kid what will you do when all your hard work goes down the drain and you get nothing out of it."

Upon hearing this question Han is startled for a while and replies: "Something that it not yours is destined to be not yours, but true freedom can only be won by one and not given by someone else.
