Chapter 1: Luo Jing

In a large and spacious apartment in the middle of Bei City, a girl is still sleeping on her large bed even when the sun is already high up. The spacious house is so peaceful at the moment before it is disturbed by a ringing phone But, the girl on the bed only move a bit before returning back to sleep, as if the call is unrelated to her. A few more rings can be heard before she sat down. On one glance, people can tell that she is a beauty, even after waking up, her face is flawless. Her facial features are delicate, a face that everyone will find beautiful.

"Yes?" She answer the call with a lazy tone. Her eyes is still half closed when she pushed away her thick snow white blanket, revealing her beautiful long legs. Her black long hair is covering half of her beautiful face.

"Young master, Miss Luo is finally answering." A male voice can be heard from the side.

"Then, faster give it to me." Another excited male voice said.

"Jing!" He said. Luo Jing who heard the whole conversation form a small smirk on her half awaked face.

"Jing, you are back? Why didn't you tell me?" Long Yi Fan voice is anxious when he didn't hear any answer from the beauty.

"Its up to me to tell you or not." Luo Jing said casually, half joking half serious, her voice is slightly hoarse since she just woke up. Now she is wearing a long robe over her pyjamas as she head downstairs to the kitchen for a glass of water.

Long Yi Fan become speechless. He did cross the line since he is too anxious. He knows better than anyone else that Luo Jing hates it when a guy try to control her. If not because he have an important business now, he will head straight to her house. Its been a month and 3 days since he last met her, how can he not miss her.

"I am sorry. But still, I can pick you up at the airport if you told me." Long Yi Fan voice is timid.

A melodious laugh sound can be heard after that. Long Yi Fan bace brighten in happiness, did he just make Luo Jing laugh?

"I am hungry." Luo Jing said. She is indeed hungry, after returning from Germany last night, she went straight home and didn't have her dinner.

"Then lets eat lunch together. I am heading to Bei City Business Centre now, what if I pick you up after this and we go get our lunch? The food there is not bad." Long Yi Fan suggest. His business now is important but Luo Jing is equally important, he really want to dote on this girl so much.

"No need. I will head over there myself. Then." Luo Jing said shortly before hanging up.

"Jing, I can.." Long Yi Fan sentence haven't finish before Luo Jing hung up. Actually he wanted to offer to pick her up, but she already hung up. But still he is so happy to hear her voice. Even listening to her is making him happy, what more after seeing her later.

"Young master, this meeting is important. You cannot skip this, even the President is coming himself." Yuan Hong try to remind Long Yi Fan after listening to the conversation.

No matter how he look at it, his boss is head over heel with this Miss Luo. How can he be so different when he is with Luo Jing? Just look at how he treat them, no one will believe how obedient he is with Luo Jing.

"I know. You don't have to remind me. Did I say anything about skipping the meeting?" Long Yi Fan glare at his secretary, or more like the spy his father put at her side. That is why Yuan Hong always use the President to threaten him, the President is his father, Long Yi Zong. That old man with bad temper, better not to offend him. He may be the only son, but only god knows how much he got scolded at home.

"But last time, you did miss a meeting because of Miss Luo." Yuan Hong said, ignoring the glare. This young master is not stupid, he is sharp most of the time. Even when he is with woman later, he won't be too indulged and ignore his business. But this time with Miss Luo, he suddenly behave like a tamed dog.

"Tsk. I know what I am doing." Long Yi Fan said in annoyed tone before ignoring the man sitting on the front seat as he look down on his phone. So boring, at most he will just come, sit and listen to old people talking during the meeting. He is also uninterested and not have any intention to join those long boring meeting. Isn't it better to hang up with Luo Jing instead?

Luo Jing walk around her house after the call, she head to the kitchen first. After finishing a glass of water, she head back to her room before entering the bathroom in her bedroom. She took a relaxing shower before walking out with a bathrobe, she dried her wet hair with a white towel then blow it with a hairdryer.

Now, her face has become clearer, her eyes is large and shining, her eyelashes is long and thick, her brow is arched perfectly, anyone will easily remember her beautiful eyes. Her eyes is her most beautiful features besides her perfect red lips. When her facial features combined, she is an undeniably a great beauty. She is also quite tall, her legs is long and she have a perfect proportion.

Luo Jing visual is at the same level as top beautiful actresses in the entertainment circle, superior to the majority. Her looks is amongst the 0.01% of the population. In term of look, she is quite blessed.

Anyway, this should be thanks to her genetic but surely it is not from her father, her father is good looking even at his old age, but, she only inherit some of his trait, such as his height and cold personality.

People often said that she got her beauty from her mother, that is why she is always said to resemble a certain beautiful actress who are retired now. Well, she don't care much about that and she never ask anything about it to her father or try to confirm the fact. So what if it is true, her birth mother abandoned her when she was born to her father, let her grow up without a mother. How can she have a good impression towards her birth mother? Of course it is not hate that she is feeling now. How can you hate a person who literally doesn't exist right?

Luo Jing step into her enormous walk-in closet, she loves expensive and high-end brands, so, her wardrobe is full of clothing from famous brands from overseas and some local famous brands. She on her own makes a lot of money and her father spoil her so much, why won't she indulge herself in luxury? She also owns a few expensive cars and her family have a private airplane, in conclusion, she is living her life to the fullest.

When she was 15, on her birthday, her father transfer the Luo family transportation company to her name, and eventually, she will get the rest of the inheritance too. Even without doing anything, she can live in richness. So, to satisfy her sense of self accomplishment, she went to a famous arts school and take painting as her major.

To be honest, she is just a spoiled brat from a rich family. But who cares, since it is her parent money, it is her privilege to spend it. This time, she return from Germany due to her art exhibition. To describe her works, it is not that great until she deserve applause from all around the world, but combining her talent, beauty and name, she easily comes on top. What so hard when she have all the money to organise her own exhibition and also connection with people who rule on top?

These days, she even get tired of her career, it is too easy and unchallenging. Currently, she is thinking her next path to choose. Doing volunteering tire her out, so unlike other rich madams and misses, she never get involved directly in those activities like meeting the press and flashing smiles all the time while visiting orphanage or animal shelter.

She have her own foundation group though, her father build it for her and until now an amount of money will be transferred to the foundation every month, it is a support group for children with cleft lips and palate. She will just do the inside work, sign some paperworks and give funding, for the rest, an old worker in their family is the one who will meet the public.

Nowadays, she heard that entertainment is quite fun, why don't she became one of those pretty actress for fun? She know a few friends in this field actually. She heard talent is not everything these days, people also can become famous by just being pretty. She is quite confident in that area. If she were to act, a character that only knows how to flaunt riches will suit her so much.

Luo Jing gave a smile to her own reflection before choosing a black slip dress, a pair of stacked heel boots in maroon. But later she remember that in this country, she cannot be too revealing, so she choose a black leather jacket to go with her dress. She applied a light makeup, let her hair loose and she is ready to go.
