Chapter 4: Future plan

Ulrin-A handsome young adult, with brown hair and tall figure, He was not just one of the guardians of Shi-Yama castle but also a butler.His other name is Ikehara Yoshito, A rising businessman and his business contains, selling clothes, fruits, utensils, wood product, and etc-etc.

Utsu-Another Human-based man created by Lord Yama, for Nadia's future plan.His other name is Higa Aki, the most evil person that had ever been born, in the history of Humanity. His character is based on a certain person from a movie called "Joker".His appearance is normal, except his face, he doesn't have any face. It's just a plain surface with 3 holes, 2 for seeing and 1 for speaking and breathing.His ability? He can copy every single person's face, memories, abilities, and everything else, by just watching them one time. His only limit is his mana, as he has a weak mana thus, he can't keep up the façade for long time, and his limit is only 3 days at most. But his mana restoration time is 1 minute.

These 2 are the new guardians and also new people who had infiltrated the human world.

Ulrin, the rising King of business world and Utsu, the rising king of underworld

Nadia still remembers her lord's word, he said "I don't want to rule the world, but I want to rule everything" Thus, these 2 are created by Yama, when Nadia asked for help.

Jane, rules the religion, Ulrin, rules the business and Utsu will rule the underworld, meaning, everything is under one person's control and that one person is their lord Yama.

Things hasn't ended here, Nadia has already planned very far into the future, almost 10 years ahead.

She has also subdued the Beast and Reptile race, with the help of Dragon race, though Reptile race showed some resistance, but when the killed all of them and only leave 100 people, all of them surrendered.

Also, the Goblin and Orc race has also surrendered when the dragon visited them.

Now the only race left to control were, elves, fairy, bird race, dwarf's and mermaids. Yama was really shocked to know about Mermaid and when he asked about them, he was so much happy to know that they were the same as he had seen in movies.

The mermaids, had fishtail in water and each and everyone is a beauty to behold and their singing/voice is so great that they are considered treasures, which are banned to kidnap or do anything else.

But still there is kidnapping and other stuff going on for rich people.

After hearing all reports from Nadia, Yama called Utsu and commanded him to get a mermaid for him. And with an evil smile, he said "I will get them as fast as possible my lord"

Thus ends the report of Nadia

"Everything is going according to plan my lord" Nadia said while bowing to Yama.

Right now Yama is really happy, as he now had everything an OP person has, A loli (elise) and an evil henchman (utsu)

He was really happy but still, he was not satisfied.

After thinking for a while Yama said "Nadia, do you think these races are loyal to us?"

"No, my lord, they fear us thus they will only listen to us till we are the strongest one in their eyes"

"So they can betray us?"

"Yes"

Yama was said now, he could have created a new race from high blood packets he had, but now he no longer have any more blood packets thus, no more high life can be created.

He can still use blood from this world but they all will be very weak. Thus he now only has very few loyal people by his side, around 250 something (including guards and his animals)

Yama pondered on 'How to win their loyalty?' One easy way is to help them for a long time but he doesn't want to, no doubt he wanted the race which is controlled by him be strong but he himself doesn't want to do it.

Then suddenly something came into his mind, 'I now rule business, underworld, and religion. As for races, they are under control, but who knows the future, wait, I don't rule government"

Yama got his answer and made an evil smile. Then he turned toward Nadia who was still in her bowing position this entire time and said "Nadia, chose one person from each race and then tell any guardian or any other servant to train them. And after they are all ready, tell those people to rule their race and make them strong"

Nadia was confused, thus she asked "My lord, what is the reason for choosing a person from each race as we can send our own people to them?"

With a smile Yama explained "Strength is an absolute Justice, and when a strong person will enter in this weak race, they will follow him and because the strong person is from their own kin, they will believe in him more. Meaning he will be the ruler of the race. And then what will happen?"

At the end Yama asked Nadia about what will happen next, she gave a smile as if she has understood something but didn't grasp it properly.

"I am sorry my lord, this lowly servant can't be compared to your intelligence. Please enlighten me, as curiosity is killing me." Nadia said in a voice full of wanting something.

Yama, with a smile said "And then those lowly races will think that they can finally be free from us. They will ask their new king to train them and also make them as strong as him. But he will not train them, he will only train those who are worth trust"

Yama took a breath and then continued "They will think that the time will come one day when their whole race will be as strong as the king and finally be freed but"

Yam didn't finish his sentence and looked at Nadia. She understood her lord's intention and with a smile said "But they will forever be under us only. And because of their loyalty towards their new king, they will never do something that their king won't agree."

Yama again continued after giving a smile to Nadia "As for those people who will not be still loyal to the king, will be sent to my empire. They will think they have finally attained freedom when they would hear about Celia, the saintess, but"

From here, again Nadia spoke "But they were and will be forever under our watch and control"

Yama really liked this way of speaking, one speaks half and the other one will finish it. Yama with a satisfied smile walked towards the window at his right side and while looking outside with a smile on his face, he spoke "They will think when I want them to think, they will speak when I want them to speak, they will move when I want them to move"

"hahahahaha"

And then 2 evil laughs resonated in the office and soon throughout the Shi-Yama castle

After a long laugh, Nadia walked near Yam and with a seductive smile, she said "My Lord, you are really evil"

Yama didn't mind her and also looked at her chest, which she was squeezing out in between her 2 hands, 'Don't force me or next day you won't be able to walk properly' he said in his mind (you know the meaning right?)

With a smile he said "I am not evil, it's just fun, pure fun, nothing else"

Nadia didn't say anything further and stayed quietly by her lord's side.

At Azure Kingdom's port city- Cobaide

A man is walking in a dark place; he is a simple man with black hair and a small star tattoo under his left eye. Anyone who will look at him will say "NORMAL"

Soon he reaches in front of a door

*Knock-Knock*

The door opens and person bows to him and says "Higa sama, welcome to our Cobaide"

Higa Aki, the leader of Black Rose groups, the 2nd most dangerous group throughout the kingdom of Azure.

One day he came out of nowhere and killed all the old bosses of Red Rose groups and make his own, new group called Black Rose and believe it or not, they are ruthless and savage, and the leader is even 100 steps forward from his servants.

He is so brutal that even his own people close their eyes when he is killing someone.

Higa Aki, is no doubt the evilest person in the History of Humanity but from where did he come? Who the hell is he?

Many questions surround him, but no one dares to ask, as the only answer to these questions is death.

Inside a bright room-

There is a big table and beside it, there are 10 people sitting on a comfortable chair. But in front of the table is a big chair.

The moment Higa entered, all people stood up and bowed to him. He walked towards the big chair and sat on it.

"Now then, tell me, have you found anything about mermaids?"
