Chapter 3: First Servant
"My question is simple, Where am I? And please don't give me half-ass answer, I am not asking about this forest or name of it, I want to know everything around me" Yama said to 2 people beside him.
He was clear with his words and both, girl and man understood what he wants to say.
The first person to say was the man, "You are right now in Great Alps, name of this place and around it is the Effeneer Kingdom in North and Laureal Kingdom in North. There are also few towns around this place like Kelpika and Skiyuba. Hope this information is worth" the man said after finishing his talk.
Yama pondered a second and then looked towards the girl and asked: "is he saying true?"
Yama wanted to be sure and see if he was saying true or not. Though Yuu had skills that can tell him whether they are saying true or not but still he wants to hear and see how they both behave.
This will also tell him, if they are worth believing or not.
The man's breathing stopped as he glared on the girl in front of him. He knew, if she says wrong, he is dead, even though he said truth but does the man in wings knows? He didn't know, all he could do was just waiting for her answer.
On the other hand, the little girl was all tense; she knew she could get the man killed by just one word, but what's next? If this black-masked person knew she lied, will she be able to save herself?
The girl took a long breath and said, "Yes, he is saying the truth"
Hering her answer the man gave out a sigh, he was saved. "Dear Sir, can I now go?" the man asked the person in a mask.
"Is that all the information you have?" Yama asked the man.
This one sentence sends a big chill down his spine. But from the other side a voice came "I can give you more information!!!" the girl on the other side said.
"Tell me," Yama told the girl
"Before that I want you to promise you will let me go!" the girl said. She wanted to make sure her life is secure, after all, who knows if the masked man would kill him or let her go after getting desired information…
Yama frowned at her request and in an angry tone said, "Girl, did you forget your place?! If I want information I can get it even after killing you… So don't make me angry and tell me everything you know"
The girl bit her lips. She was angry but not on the masked man but on herself as she made the man angry on her. Now the only thing that could save her life is the information she has.
For the first time in her life, the girl felt that her knowledge she had gained is worth it. Then she started talking about it. She told "in the west we have Holy kingdom and in the east, we have the Azure Kingdom. All these nations are ruled by humans. And in this world, there are not only humans that live but many other races also live such as, Elves race, beast race, reptilian race, Dragon race, vampire race and many more other races."
The girl had vast knowledge and not only did she talk about races and places but she also talks about the currency that is used by them. She also told about the Great War that happened around 50 years ago.
"This is all the information I have" the girl finished her talk with a bow. And as usual, Yama looked towards the man and asked: "Is she telling truth?"
The amount of information give by the girl was a lot, so he had to be fully sure before he could think his next step, thus he also used one of his skill called 'Mind Read' thus he already knew that she was telling the truth but still he wanted to see if the man is same as a girl and will only say the truth to him.
"No" The man said without a thought. "He is sayin-" the girl was shocked to hear his answer and immediately spoke but she was stopped by the masked man
"So, she is telling a lie"
"Yes, great sir, she only says lie. She is not worthy to believe"
"hmmm… talking lie in front of me means there is no fear of me… Now how shall I punish you" Yama said while looking at the man. The man didn't understand why he was looking at him and thought maybe he was asking his view
"Death" the man replied calmly. Hearing this one word, the girl knew she will die. She was naïve, to think that the man would not lie in the presence of the masked man.
*Boom*
Again ahead exploded but it was not the girl's head but the man's head and as usual, all the blood from his body was sucked into the red ball, floating above his palm.
"Lying in front of me will only result in this" Yama said while glaring at the dead body. The girl also understood that this masked man can read people's minds or has a skill which can tell him, who is telling the truth or lies.
*sigh*
The girl seeing the dead man gave a sigh of relief, she was happy that she told truth when asked.
After this Yama turned and was ready to leave but before he could leave the girl, asked "Great Almighty Sir, can you please help me?"
"Help?"
"Yes, please help me return to my people, to Effeneer Kingdom"
"Why should I help you?"
"because I can provide you with money or anything else, as I am a noble and my parents hold a lot of power" The girl didn't want to disclose that she is the daughter of the king, so she stayed low…
"Hahahaha, Girl let me ask you something, do you think with this strength of mine even if I need something, would I need your help?"
Hearing the masked man's word, the girl was shocked to the core. "He is right," she said in her mind. Her last resort to make this strong person as his bodyguard goes in vain.
"Princess!"
"Princess!"
Suddenly, many voices were heard by them. The source was near them.
"A noble who is called princess… Interesting… But at least you didn't lie" Yama said while looking at the girl. The girl also knew what he was saying.
"Your people are here, I'll take my leave"
"Wai-"
*whoosh*
The girl wanted to know the man's name, but before she could ask, he already disappeared in the sky. His black clothes, big wings and those red eyes she saw when he gets angry was something deeply marked in her memories.
Though it was clear to her, that the man was not a Human but still she was thankful and thought maybe he was from the bird race.
"Princess! Are you alright?"
Soon a few people came in knight dress and asked the girl about her health. After some talk, she left with them
In the sky-
Yama stood high up in the sky and looked around him while holding a floating red orb in his hand.
"What shall I do, now?" Yama asked himself. He was alone in this world with no friends and no family. Suddenly he remembers something. "Will this work? Let's test it" Yama said while looking at the red orb.
Yama moved his hand and half of it disappear into the air. Then the hand again appeared but it was holding a knife. A silver-colored knife.
Yama let the red orb fly on its own and then with his right hand, he holds the knife and then made a small cut in one of his fingers in the left hand.
But before blood come out, the cut was already healed.
"Aya" Yama remembered that he has very high regeneration ability thus no matter how many times he cut himself nothing will happen. So he thought of something else.
"Blood Drop" Yama, as the global no.1 player and character, has a lot of skills including control his own parts of the body. So all he had to do was to command his own body, if he wants to do something and can't possibly do, due to circumstances.
Soon a drop of blood came from his body but from where? He himself doesn't know. The blood was dark and thick.
He took the red orb and then put the blood in it. After that, he canceled the floating ability of the orb and let it fall down.
*splash*
The red orb falls on the ground below and spreads flat.
"Create higher life Vampire: Max Strength" A spell that allows users to create life forms from blood, but it needs the main base, that is the user's blood as it will act as the main base of strength for the new life.
User can even choose what level the new life has, like will it be strong or have high intelligence. Only one skill can be equipped as for other stats or skills, it can be upgraded with training.
Soon a big amount of mana was used from Yama's body, which he easily felt.
And then the blood that was spread flat, started coming together and soon a figure was formed.
