3 Episode 1: Lightning Guardian

(7 YEARS LATER)

A teen around 19 years old, swung his sword gracefully with a cold face, it's look simple but the way he swung it is dangerous. His dark blue hair blows by the wind. Half of his face hidden behind hair. The black hoodie his wearing made him looks more gloomy and unfriendly. His neck wrapped by a blue scarf that he held dearly.

His ocean blue eyes sharpen when heard three blade thrown at him. He easily hinder the blades away from him using the swords in his hand.

An albino two years older than him jump from his hidden tree infront of him. A small grin appear on his face. "Looks like you still sensitive with your surroundings." He said but the others just stared at him flatly.

"What do you want Kyle. I'm not stupid that you can fool me around just to have a chit chat with me." He state coldly.

Kyle sighed heavily as the atmosphere became tense and serious. "I want you to join me finding the others guardian, Ryuu." His demanded make him frown almost unnoticeable.

"Why should I? I don't wanna join you." He rejected made Kyle stared at him sharply, "Ryuuraki Zenyoshi don't you dare defy me. Don't forget I'm still observing every movements you made." Kyle said coldly and strictly.

Ryuu glared at him full of hatred when Kyle called him by full name, he really loathe his father's name. He growled darkly. "Don't call me with that bastard name." He said darkly, his eyes shows nothing but pure hatred. Kyle just replied with grunted, although he didn't fully knows why he hate so much his own father's name, it's not Kyle's affair to know every single thing about him.

"Then you better follow me. You knew that I hate using violences," he said with an empty tone. Ryuu move his eyes away from him, he let out low growls before sighting in defeated. "Fine." He mumbled. Didn't wanna deal with his anger. They walked back home in uncomfortable silent.

Meanwhile, at the Dragon World, a teen with indigo hair and purple eyes sighed and lay down on the ground tiredly. A girl with pale blue hair laugh cheerfully before lie down beside the teen that stared at the clear sky.

"I can't wait for him to came back. I have a feeling that he will come here soon Reiz." She said in enthusiastic, Reiz move his head towards the girl.

"So... Do you care to tell me more about him?" He asked and the girl nodded excitedly then change position to sat instead. "You see. His name is Ryuuraki Zenyoshi but I called him Yuu-chan as a nickname!" Reiz stiffle laughter when he heard the nickname she gave for him.

"That actually sounds girly. Why did you called him that in first place?" He asked with a mischief smiled, there is a curious glint within his eyes. "Well... That because his cute! It such a shame I didn't have camera that time, I could show you how cute he is when his still a child." She said with a bit distant smiled but she quickly shook her head and continued the story.

"You see... He actually cravings for affection since a little kid. It's sad that he became mature like an adult despite him being a child, he being neglected by everyone. He barely has happy moments in his childhood." She said with a sad tone and wry smile. Thus made him feels sorry for him, it's must be hard to continued live. Reiz himself can't imagine what should he do in his place. The only thought came across his mind is only die because Reiz doesn't think he strong enough to endure those hatred and insult every single day.

"What did he do that make them hate him? He still a kid that time right?" She just smiled wryly as an answer for a moment.

"No. He doesn't do anything bad to them. The problem thing is that, he has demon blood within him. Everyone thought of him as a 'cursed' boy, so they wanted to kill him. Somehow he still survive..." Reiz frown when she stopped halfway through it, he saw a flash of sadness and bit guilty within her eyes. "What is it?" She bit her bottom lip once a while, Reiz closed his eyes for a moment before stared at her again.

"It's okay. I won't force you to continue if you feel uncomfortable." He said in reassuring, he not that desperate to know what exactly happened. Futhermore, he doesn't really have hatred towards demon tribe like others does. They must have their own reasons right? Everything that happened must have it's own different reasons. Or at least that is what he thought it is.

She shook her head insist to continue on, ".. but in order to survive, he doesn't have choices other than kill them. His live is like 'kill or being kill.' That time when it's happened, he at the Crystal World and I coincidentally want to take a look that world. I came across that incident and already killed them, his body full of wounds and scars." Reiz just listen to her story silently, she then smiled in humorous.

"Even when his in weak state, he still put on such a strong fight when I try to came near him. He must thought that I try to kill him too that time but in the end I get to reassure him. It took almost one hour just to convince him! Boy... He such a knucklehead!" She complained at the end of it while laughing, Reiz just smiled in returned.

"I guess that's what make him survive all this time too." He said with a new founded respect, he dare to say the the boy really strong struggling to continued live. Even when people trying to kill him. "Yeah... I miss him though. I wish he can come back as soon as possible." She mumbled but enough for him to hear her too, Reiz patted her head with a smiled.

"I pretty sure he'll came back. From how you tell me about him, he must be a good kid." He said in reassure tone, she smiled wholeheartedly.

Back at the Crystal World, Ryuu swung his sword dangerously at Kyle, he face may looks blank but he actually mad, while Kyle dodged it nimbly. It's been a long time since he feels other emotions besides irritated and hatred. He barely knew this feeling that being known as 'anger.'

"Calm down would you?" Ryuu grunted in reply, he panted once in the while. They still in the forest and the sky showing it's noon right now, Kyle stopped halfways when he realised Ryuu panting tiredly... No more like thirsty, his blue eyes glinting to red a second later.

"No. I don't want to drink your blood!" He said stubbornly, Kyle's eyes harden. "That's it, you force me to." Kyle said coldly.

"Lightning bind!" A string with lightning flowing through as he thrown it at Ryuu, he doesn't have enough time to dodge and the string tie his body. "AARGHH!!" He screamed in pain as he fell on his knees, he panted heavily as sweats came across his face. Kyle have a melancholy gaze for a moment before came near him.

He brought out his blade from pocket and cut his right arm, white mixing red blood came from his cut arm. Ryuu startled when he saw the blood coming from Kyle's cut arm, his eyes starting to turn red. He gritted his teeth stubbornly refused to drink the blood, "just drink my blood Ryuu. It's already 3 years since you drank my blood." Kyle said with a flat tone.

"I said... I don't want to!" He shouted in pain, he closes his eyes tightly as he growls trying to held his pain and thirst. The lightning string that tied him up, just making it worst. The atmosphere around them became more tense, as if sensing the serious pressures, the nature decided to stayed silence. Only Ryuu's ranging breathes can be heard.

Kyle forcefully pin him down and gave his blood to him, Ryuu whimpered unwillingly, his body feels weak and he knew that he doesn't has chances to rebelling against him. In the end, he gave up and drank his blood in thirst. Kyle knew it because of the cursed since he was born, the human and demon blood that became taboo a long time ago. These is the burden Ryuu have to carried even thought it supposed to be the one whom fell in love with each other. The only thing that can make his blood thirst gone is Kyle's blood, if he didn't drink his blood Ryuu will kill everyone around him. The worst scenario is that he will die.

He let the tie go from him afterwards, Ryuu who lie down on the ground look away from him. Kyle sighed heavily with his antic, he pulled Ryuu up then put his right hand around his shoulder and his left hand on Ryuu's waist. They walked back home with Kyle support him, Ryuu look the other way from him with a faint blush. Kyle saw it just sigh mentally, even if he act cold and harsh towards him, he knew Ryuu's secretly saw him like a big brother figured.

"I'm fine. Let me go." He muttered loud enough for other to hear him. Kyle glanced at him for a moment, "no. I knew that you still weak, you barely can walk right now if not because I supporting you." He frowned hearing it, "I'm not weak and I can walk by myself." Ryuu said took offence of how Kyle said he is weak.

He just stared at him blankly before let Ryuu go without warning, he barely standing but got on to his own feet. They walked home silently, when they're there only to be greeted by a worried girl at the house areas.

"Where are you two all this time? It's already noon you know?" She asked them worriedly like a mother scolding their child's. Kyle and Ryuu sweatdropped, Kyle laugh a bit awkward.

"We just practices but lost track of time. That's all nothing to worry about," he made an excuse because of their dirty clothes when fighting in the middle of forest. "Hn..." Ryuu just grunted without a word.

"Flora, we need to go somewhere." She stopped and stared at them in question. "We? Go to where?" Kyle and Ryuu exchanges glanced, "we're going to Dragon World." Kyle continued his words and she blinked a few times.

"Wait! But why?" Flora asked as she became more confused, Ryuu huffed tiredly, he punched Kyle's shoulder lightly. "You better tell her the truth about us when we at the Dragon World. You know that you can't keep these as a secret any longer." Ryuu said as he walked away giving them time alone.

This time Flora frowned and cross her arm, she knew it. She knew it from when Ryuu sometimes staying here, they hiding something from her but she pretend to play being ignorant. It's still hurts that her cousin hiding something from her, even if it is dangerous. She dare to take the risk!

"I'm going to tell you as soon as we reached Dragon World." Kyle decided with a serious face and Flora huffed but agreed anywho. They doesn't even realize that Ryuu hearing them from the side house. "Idiot brother.." he muttered before came out from hiding towards them.

Kyle teleport them to Dragon World at the same time but they falling from the sky. 'STUPID KYLE!' Ryuu screamed mentally as he refraining himself from screaming, he saw Kyle smirking at him. A tick appear on his head, he definitely does this on purpose. His eyes turn red as a pair of black wings appear on his back. He flew down slowly using his wings, while Kyle landing on the ground with his own feet. Flora almost hit to the ground but using the vein tree, she landed safely.

"That was a close call." Flora said with a wry smile, "yeah... It's fun isn't it?" Kyle said in mocking tone making Ryuu growled at him.

"Okay... Okay... I won't do that again," he sighed in defeats when Ryuu stared at him as if wanted to eat him alive. They walked through the jungle while Ryuu looks around them. Their crystal pendant rang giving signals that one of the guardian nearby them.

At the same time, Reiz sat down from laying when he feels his pendant ringing giving signals the other guardians are here. "What's wro-" she suddenly stop making Reiz worried.

"Hey, Ice? Are you okay?" He wave his hand infront of her face, "ahhh!" Her suddenly screaming that made Reiz startled and stumbled back in surprise.

"What was that for?!" He shouted in exasperated. She turned to him with a joy glinted in her eyes, "his here! Come on, what are you waiting for?" Ice turned into her dragon form and dragged Reiz along with her using legs. All he can do is shout in frustration.

The trio stopped in the tracks when they heard someone screaming, "where did the screamed came from?" Flora asked while Ryuu along with Kyle sweatdropped when he feels the guardian came towards their directions. Ryuu feel a familiar presence from the other too.

Flora stopped wondering when a dragon with ice surrounding her body and red eyes appears from above. The dragon then turn into human form and landed on Ryuu whom can't dodged in time. Meanwhile, Reiz groaned in pain and confuse from being dragged by Ice just now.

"Yuu-chan!! I missed you!" She hugged him tightly still on top of Ryuu whom lay down on the ground, he merely groaned in embarrassment with the nickname she called him. Once again he barely know the feeling of 'embarrassed.'

"Don't called me that and get off of me. You heavy." He said it rather boldly make the other puffy her cheeks childishly and get off him pretty quickly. Kyle watched them in amusement, Reiz sighed tiredly and Flora feels a bit of tingling jealousy.

Ryuu got up and ignored her sulked in the corner, she turned to him dramatically gasped, "since when did you became mean Yuu-chan?" She asked with a teary eyes, Ryuu stared at her blankly. "Since I leave you." He answered bluntly.

"No way! Where is my innocent child gone to~?" She acting faint rather dramatically made everyone sweatdropped. Ryuu sighed heavily. "Cut it out, Yuki." He said coldly and the atmosphere fell down drastically, Ice froze because he will only called her Yuki when he is serious.

He walked towards Reiz with a dark gaze. "We're going to fight. Right here, right now." He demanded made the others startled.

"But-"

KKTTAANNGG!!

Reiz gritted his teeth when he barely hinder the sudden attacked with his daggers, Ryuu jump a few meters away from him. "I don't want to fight with you." He said trying to make Ryuu change his mind but he got glared in returned.

Ryuu glanced at Ice and she trapped in the box enough for her to stand up, but she being surrounded by a bunch of cats... Her face turn blue and a loud scream escaped from her mouth. She tried to go as far as she can go from those cats but the box is too small.

"KKKYYAAAA!! RYUU GET ME OUT OF HERE!" She screamed and the others sans Ryuu sweatdropped. He ignored her and gave attention to Reiz back. Meanwhile, Kyle secretly smiled rather suspiciously. 'His a real sadist. Maybe more sadistic than me.' He thought with a bit proud in it. Flora just can watched worriedly.

"If you don't want her to die. Fight me." Reiz shocked when he heard the word die from him, sweats starting to form from his forehead. "What do you mean she will die?" He asked warily.

"Like I said, if she in there any longer. She will die." He said without feelings, Reiz grit his teeth in anger, "why you..-"

TAAANGGG!!

Ryuu easily held his attacked with swords, his eyes hidden behind his bags. "She always tell me how you craves affection when you still a kid. I guess she wrong about you after all." They didn't realize how Ryuu became tense when Reiz said he craves for affection since a kid except Kyle, but he decides to stayed silence about it.

"Shut up." He coldly and kicked his stomach until he thrown back at the tree. Reiz coughed some blood after being kicked by him, he roughly wipe his blood away. 'Keh... Blood? There is no way I'm going to lose with that brat.' His heart hissed seeing blood from his mouth.

Ryuu's face covered by his hoodie, "come to me. Guardian Of Lightning, show me that you're not weak. Show me the real strength of guardian lightning." He glared at Reiz whom now stand up and glared heatedly at him back.

Ice held herself from faint seeing those cat nearing her. Flora watched them worriedly as the atmosphere became more cold, Kyle watched them with a frowned. He crossed his arm as his mind wondering off, 'what are you planning this time Ryuu?' He thought in whispered.
