Tale of a Dreamwalker

There are times when dreams become something tangible, a world that is real... and yet not. There are times when something might invade these worlds, seeking to leech off of the thoughts fuelling the so-called dreams. There are times when such worlds become twisted, dangerous... By then, it is far too late. We call those exploring such dreams "Dreamwalkers" - always accompanied by their trusted "Tethers" keeping their consciousness anchored to reality. Not many know of the silent defenders of humanity. But those who know praise their existance.
