1 Prologue

Somewhere in Indonesia, within Bandung exists little village.

A man named Asep, which is a common name in Sunda, lived there.

His appearance is unattractive. And his height is short 1.5 m, compared to his peers. Almost like a dwarf. His visage is below average, while he wears thick eyeglasses.

From his appearance, he looked like 25-30 years.Although his appearance is old, his true age is still 19 years.

He's a freshman at some 3rd-grade university in Bandung.

Currently, he's back from his study together with his otaku friend. Whom he thinks is genius since he could make money, sitting there in front of their laptop while he's a sore-loser otaku who didn't have any advantage except his Ultra-imagination.

With his usual habit, while taking slow steps, he read a novel using some app. Which has a function as a shortcut to go into the chapter he wants to read. With his current pace, it would take 2-3 hours to reach his house which is at the end of the village.

When he's about to turn the left that leads to his home, he hears a woman scream that loud enough for him to hear.

Looking around to find no one there to watch him. He, who has a tendency to meddle into someone's business, to help one in need. [for his own justice] Which he takes from one of his favorite anime.

Although that habit of his is bad since he always got bullied and beaten to help someone. He didn't think its waste or some hypocrisy in his eyes since he was doing it to fulfill his own desire to protect what he failed to do when his parent killed by a murderer when he was a child.

With that mindset, he's slipped his phone into his pocket. Then he dashes with haste since he's sure there's something bad happened to that owner of the voice.

After running for about 2 minutes, he's arrived at the place where the woman was about to rape by a man. Who is currently on top of her by positioning his dick into the woman's vagina, she is the owner of the scream.

He had remembered something that happened to his mother before she was killed. Which leads into him to hate for his indecisiveness. The blood runs into his head, and it's blind to his logic which he should have in this situation.

With rage, he took an iron ruler from the bag, then he dashed while lifting the iron rule into slashing motion.

When he's about to slash the man, a rapist who's about to push his dick into the vagina of his victim is startled by Asep's sudden appearance.

The man turned around to see who has the guts to interrupt his fun. Before he could see, the iron rule slashed into his eyes until his cheek.

With bleeding face, he holds his left face to prevent blood loss in panic. While he's raging, he finds the knife in which he had dropped to the ground to counterattack. But his feet are tripped by the woman's leg which is still laying in the ground.

Before he could think, the knife position is pointing into his throat from the ground and it's unknown how the knife position becomes like that.

While the culprit almost dies because of his own knife. Asep, who's dashing toward him, is also tripped by the woman's leg which leads to his head falling on a big stone not far from the culprit.

The woman who sees the man who's going to rape her and the one who saves her is killed by her own feet, is screaming so loud. After screaming to the point that all bird on every tree is flying in a panic, she's fainted since the blood is too much for her to see.

Asep, who's still conscious, heard the woman's scream mumbling while bitterly smiling.

"Oh man, how laughable it is to die! Here's where I should get a wife because I save the damsel in distress. But I'm dying here because of my idiocy. Though at least she's safe and the culprit has died for the better of this village"

"I couldn't leave the tumor for this village before dying. But since the tumor that haunted the village's woman is now killed, its count as my return favor to them for taking care of me."

"So, will I get to go into heaven to save the woman? Or will I go to hell to cause someone's death? Hopefully, I would just disappear into existence, since I'm tired of living like this which doesn't have any color for me."

Unknown to him the blood of his and the culprit is merged which lead into the ring in his hand, the ring suddenly shined so brightly in that place.

He felt that his soul is pulled out from his body, then something hot which melted is merged into his soul.

Although he didn't know why he didn't feel pain. He only feels relief which is warm. Then he sees the culprit's soul is also pulled out from the body, and the color of that soul is black which is little different from him who has a gray soul.

He thought that it would be bad if that black soul stayed here. What if it would go back to its body or it might possess someone's body.

He who always read a novel or watching Anime knows little knowledge about soul possession. So he thinks there's a possibility about it being true thus he wants to prevent it from happening.

He wishes to eat it or maybe erase it with his own soul, but his soul couldn't move and its still stay like that.

When he thinks that he failed to prevent disaster happened into his village then suddenly something felt warm in his soul and there's the string which appeared from him connecting into that black soul.

He thought it was a bad thing or maybe some being like a grim reaper will appear.

Just to be startled with a sudden change of the situation where the black soul is pulled into him. He felt like the soul is merged into him but his surprises, it was devoured.

It made him relax and felt relief that the black soul is gone now.

After an unknown time, he felt full even in his soul state. Then suddenly he felt pain which together comes with foreign memories.

It's full of the culprit's memories if he didn't see the face within those memories, he wouldn't know it was the culprit.

Confusing about that, suddenly he got extra information ability called Devour and Plunder.

It explains the sudden event which happened to him.

After knowing what happened, he thought that maybe he could go back into his body. But suddenly the cloud from all places was gathered above the current place.

With startling light comes sudden pain which is attacking him, then without thinking he dashes into the phone in his corpse's pocket.

When they met, the phone suddenly floated into the sky but the lightning didn't spare it even a little. With *boom* the phone exploded after getting hit by lightning.

Then with that, the place is turned back into silence again. After about 5 minutes of lightning disappear, there's a bunch of villagers who come to check the situation.
