7 Chapter 6: mute
(sorry for a long wait. I am in the hospital. But here is chapter 6!)

I never really thought that someone else could pass away after my father. At least not for a while. I thought that the universe has punished me enough, but I guess that it still had one more thing to take away from me. Mrs.Blakeer. If only I understood how to keep my emotions in check.
They really took me away from her. They pulled me out of the hospital.. Her last words..
I looked up into my mirror. I had dark purple bags under my eyes. I pulled my hair back into a bun to get out of my face. I need to pull myself together. Slowly I turned on the cold water and I washed my face. The shiver of cold ice flushed through my veins and goosebumps formed all over my body. I slipped off my my clothes and slipped into, as what my mother called, "suitable clothes". It was Monday, and I could hear the dreadful comments that everyone is going to say already. I grabbed my makeup bag. I won't let them see me down again. Mrs.Blakeer told me not to mourn her death. She told me she will... She will speak to my father. So all I can do it keep going. I covered my eye bags and applied some blush and mascara. Something simple but shows that I feel great. I stepped out of the bathroom and my mom walks out of her room.
"Oh.. hello honey! How are you feeling?" She smiled. I looked at her and smiled back.
"I feel better than normally." I lied, but I didn't show it. I grabbed my keys and headed to the car.
I finally arrived at the school. As soon as I got out of the car I felt the stares of people, and when I turned and they saw I was okay the shock of their bodies all poured on top of me. I flashed them all a perfectly fake smile and they looked away or smiled back. I wouldn't let them see me down. Not now. I needed to keep my head up and just be thankful that Mrs.Blakeer had her last words with me...
"Hey peaches!" Rachel came running over. She saw that I wasn't upset and gave me a great big bear hug.
"Listen. I know that it's going to be hard. But we are all here for you okay? If you need anything please, oh dear god, please let us know. Okay?" She looked down at her watch.
"Okay let's get headed to class. We should be having study hall instead of you know.." she stopped.
I nodded. What else was I going to do. Then I felt my feet stagger behind as I slowly followed Rachel. No more talking for me. Just a fake smile and walking.
Finally lunch came around and I went to go sit with Rachel and my friends. But when I got there, there was another girl in my seat. I looked at Rachel then back at the girl.
"Ahh. This is Lucile. She is new to the school and I was just showing her around thats all haha. Hey lucile? Yea umm that is her spot. Could you yk.. scootch" She game her a big ole smile.
"Of course!" Then Lucile looked at me.
"Oh. Sorry for you lost." And she flashed me a big white toothy smile.
I smiled back at her and nodded, then I sat down at the seat and started to eat. Lucile kept staring at me and then when I looked up she would smile and look away only to start looking at me again. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to get up and walk out. I was not dealing with a girl like that. I know what her intentions are, and I will not tolerate it.
I saw Rachel get up and look for me. I ducked behind the door and fled to the zoology room.
