Welcome to En Vogue

The sky was still slightly dark when Seo-yeon got out of bed to start her morning exercise. As she stepped into the gym, her phone started to ring, making her look down at her phone which she was holding in her hand.

"Hello?" She raised a brow like the caller would see her do that. The first thing she heard was a feminine cough.

"Sorry to disturb you this morning Seo-yeon. I am Eun, your manager. Sir Ji-min asked me to call you right now and I had no choice but to call." The caller responded in a tired voice. She was sounding like she was forced to make that call.

"Oh I see." Seo-yeon pinched the are between her eyebrows as she placed her water bottle on the table in the gym room.

"If you can make it to the company this morning, we can discuss all necessary things." Eun said with the tapping of her fingers loud enough for Seo-yeon to hear.

"I have a day off so I think I can make it." Seo-yeon replied as she stretched her hands and Eun hummed.

"I would be expecting you by 9am please. I have lots of things to attend to today." Eun sighed before hanging up, not waiting for Seo-yeon to reply.

Rolling her eyes, Seo-yeon started her workout. It wasn't up to a minute, Ma-ri walked into the gym in her gym outfit and a plate of biscuits with her. "Ohh, you're awake. I thought you would be asleep since today is your day off from work."

"And why is it that you decided to eat first thing in the morning?" Seo-yeon asked as she focused on the exercise she was doing. "It's high time youovwd in with Ge-un so he would monitor your diet."

"Please don't tell me you're going to tell Ge-un. I haven't eaten biscuits in days now because of the so called watching my weight." Ma-ri groaned as she dropped the plate with her lazily.

"You are gaining weight if you don't know. You have to reduce the food you eat." Seo-yeon pointed out and her friend hissed.

"You're the one feeding me like this. I don't eat junks like I used to again because I have three meals a day and meals as in meals." Ma-ri grumbled.

"You eat about five times in a day." Seo-yeon corrected and Ma-ri rubbed her shoulders, not saying a word again. "Good."

"Where is momma going?" Ji-hoon asked Seo-yeon as she walked down the stairs in a black jeans and black top.

"Momma got a new job with the old one so she can take very good care of you." Seo-yeon gave her son a loving smile before sitting next to him to have her breakfast.

"Ohh, I see." Ji-hoon nodded as he placed his spoon in his mouth. "Momma, when am I going back to the hospital?"

"The day after tomorrow. Remember you promised me you're going to be a good boy during your stay." Seo-yeon pinched his nose making him giggle slightly.

Seo-yeon drove to En Vogue modelling agency after her breakfast with her son. We had the feeling that she was being followed again but shrugged it off.

"Good morning Seo-yeon, I've been expecting you." Eun's voice was the first thing she heard as soon as she stepped out of her car.

"Good morning." Seo-yeon bowed slightly and Eun nodded with her arms folded across her chest. The woman was in her mid thirties if Seo-yeon wasn't wrong, which was nothing she was expecting though. She was wearing a white Louis Vuitton top and a black pants with a blazer draped over her shoulders.

"According to my calculations, you're a newbie in this whole modelling thing right?" Eun asked and Seo-yeon nodded gently, making her pinch the area between her eyebrows with a defeated sigh. "Why is Ji-min giving me this unnecessary stress? He knows I don't deal with newbies doesn't he."

"And that is why I gave you one." Ji-min said from behind. "Seo-yeon isn't just any newbie, you know I don't personally invite people if not because of a reason or two."

"Still, she is a newbie Ji-min. Get that into your thick skull." Eun let out a harsh breath before calming herself a bit. "I will be testing her for two weeks. If she does well according to my standards, I'll be her manager permanently but if she doesn't, you'll have to look for another manager. Do you understand you young old man?"

"Good morning Seo-yeon." Ji-min ignored the manager in front of him as he shoved his hands into his front pocket with a sly smirk. "Welcome to En Vogue."

"I didn't expect you to have taste in French names Ji-min, but I'm not surprised." Seo-yeon hummed as she turned to face Eun. "So, Eun, what are we going to discuss?"

"Follow me." Eun sighed as she led the duo towards the main building.
