Taken to be infinite...wait what?

Joseph was driving home late at night from work when a dog runs out on the road. Joseph in a panic swerved hitting a tree and sparing the cute dogo. He then meets the god of his world. What will happen.... another ISEKAI to fill the mass pile. Or a isekai/fanfic that could be enjoyed.
