Ability: Healing thoughts

Description: Ability of the advanced rank. The thoughts of the owner can heal the ones around her, both mentally and physically. When the owner feels happy, the ones around here will feel happier. When the owner wants someone to heal mkre quickly, this person will heal more quickly. If the owners thoughts arent healthy, however, the healing will be significantly reduced and mental healing will not work at all. Works as long as target is in sight.]

A healer. And a good one at that. This is good. Now the rest of the people are also less afraid to try (maybe also because of Lisa's happiness that is affecting all our minds a little).

Ability: Quick arms

Description: Ability of advanced rank. Gives owner more control over arm movement and speed of movement of the arms.]

Ability: Strong body

Description: Ability of the Powerfull rank. Owner has a body that is naturally 2x as strong as a normal body. Any training of the body only makes the difference between normal people and the owner bigger. Does interfere in coordination of smaller extremeties.]

The powerfull rank! The rank between advanced and ultimate! Boring rank names though, the creator of this orb could have put more thought into that...

Ability: High jump

Description: Ability of the mediocre rank. Owner can jump 4 times as high as the regular person.]

Mediocre, the rank below the advanced rank.

Ability: Shadowy figure

Description: Ability of the advanced rank. Owner can cast a shadow-like veil over himself. Makes it hard to be seen at night and almost impossible in shadows. Also fools certain other senses.]

No last name... interesting.

But anyway, the king seems happy, but I think I am even happier.

If my intuition is correct, this set of heroes is extremely high quality. This makes it so that I'm not that much of an oddity (although it does not help that much).

But more importantly... except for Winston, nobody seems jealous. And Winston seems jealous at all of us so that does not matter too much right now.

This means I am in the clear for now!

And then the king started speaking.

"Heroes! You might be one of the best group of heroes up until this point, but your abilities dont define your effectiveness. Please prove yourselves worthy of these abilities. You will all get 3 months time to train and get used to your abilities. After that I will assign each of you certain missions in our war against the evil kingdom of Kalon. And after that the world will truly meet the team of heroes, containing all of you that survived through those challenges. That will most likely be all of you. Of course, we wont seperate you. You will all live together inside this castle while training. I have some rooms assigned to you all already. Butler! Take them to their rooms please!"

Well, its getting late anyway. Might as well try to catch some sleep and see if I wake up in my room again.
