1 The results...

Hi I'm Kim Yaani... It is just the last year of my high school and my day has started already with a bad note...that is being late on the day when you're results of the exams are about to be out...and here I was standing at the bus terminal waiting for my bus...

My day was already so ruined but I don't know why God was not helping any how just when my rival aka Kim Taehyung came and just stood there beside me... I don't know why but I felt like my heart was accelerating and a knot was being made inside my belly...it was strange because nothing like that had ever happened to me before by just a boy who was not even close to my heart and even was my rival....my damn rival...even he didn't do anything like touch me or say something to me...he was just standing there staring at the road...

But he soon came close to me and leaned in just enough so that his lips were just a couple of centimeters away from my ear and said"Hi Yaani" he paused thinking that I would say something but I was just too bewildered to say something due to the very close proximity of our bodies that I was actually able to feel his breath against my sun kissed skin..."oh!!are you nervous about the results jagi...look at you all red and sweaty..."he said.

"Get away from me and don't you dare to call me that again..."I said while just pushing him away from me because my body couldn't resist the closeness of his body..."ok ok what's with the behaviour??? I was just asking you wether you are nervous or not unlike me"he said while just glueing his eyes straight into mine... once he was done with the saying he backed up a few steps and kept on staring me...his eyes scanned my body from top to bottom like a X-Ray machine...and I could surely make out that he was smirking while doing that because he is just not a right kind of guy although he is so smart,good,intelligent and intellectual student...you can say he is the Ace he was good at everything he does...I don't know how a guy can be good and studies and flirting side by side...

well I soon spotted the bus coming and hopped I as Soon as is stopped right in front of us. .

once in school campus I got off the bus and rushed towards the lockers and took my book and ran to the class ASAP because I knew that the teacher would go nuts if he knew I was late for class

I was standing right at the entrance of our classroom when the teacher started to teach and I thought that I was screwed now because the teacher would scold me...

" may I come in sir " I said with a low voice and the whole class just glared at me and so did the teacher..." you can come in once you tell me the reason of you being late to the class and a valid one remember that" the teacher said.

As soon as I was just about to spill the beans about the reason why I was late I heard some one saying " actually sir on the way to the school a couple of guys were trying to bully Yaani " I turned my face just enough to see who it was and was quite shocked because he none other than Taehyung...

" And why are you late to the class Master Taehyung ???"said the teacher and he said " Sir as I told you some guys were trying to bully Yaani and she was all alone and di saw that so I just stopped by to help her out of the situation...". After hearing this I was like 'what the hell Taehyung now you will just lie to the teacher and brag about how you saved me from the boys who never appeared even once in the life to bully me ' but I stayed quite and never uttered a word because it was the only was to get into the class and continue the rest of the day...

afterwards the teacher let us in and we went to our places...

the class went on and ended soon

after a couple of seconds after the class I got a text o my phone and saw it was from an unknown contact so I just ignored it...

_~at lunchtime in the canteen~_

I was just peacefully sitting and enjoying my bubble tea having finished my lunch and I heard a voice from behind and soon a hand a very beautiful and white as the cotton ball hand landed on my shoulder grabbing it lightly. I looked up to see who it was and again it was Taehyung.

"So after saving you in the morning I just don't get a thank you or a reply and just get ignorance...hmmmm that's rude..."he said with a very firm voice.

"Huh??? What are you talking about Taehyung I never got a text from you that I would reply you and about the thanking you thing I never got the time to say thanks...so yeah now I would say it...Thank you Taehyung ..."I said while just gently removing his hand which was on my shoulder...

"Hmmmm that's my girl" he said while just smiling at me. "Oh hey I'm not your girl or anything ok " I said offending him.

"ok cool down Yaani " he said.

There was silence for a few seconds before he said again " so yeah how was the story? "

I said "what story ?" having no clue what he was talking about .

"oh sure you forgot how I rescued you from the bullying boys " he said. "oh yeah about that how did you come up with that and why did you do that???" I asked.

"Well well you are indeed known to my mind it is kinda amazing that it came up with that kind of a story with any efforts and secondly I didn't want you to score bad in the exams by just missing out on your class wh..." he was about to say further but was interrupted by the announcement

" The results are out now you may go and check them on the school bulletin board " said the voice I the anouncement.

Taehyung said by offering me his hand " well do you wanna accompany me to check the results Yaani ?" I took it and stood up ready to walk but he said " umm aren't you forgetting something Yaani ??"

" oh yeah sorry "I said and turned around to take my phone and the delicious bubble tea off the table

We went to the bulletin board and checked out the results and it seemed as if I had a defeat again because Taehyung topped the class again this time and this was the only reason why he was my rival because he had been topping the class for like two years now and I was always on the second spot

I was upset

he somehow managed to see the upsetness in my eyes and said" hey cheer up it's not like it's the finals you still have the whole year to you too prove me wrong and to the class" while just hitting on my shoulder with a fist slightly... "yeah you are right" I said feeling a that bit better... he wasn't that bad which I thought he was afterall... he was kinda good and at that very second reality struck new and I realized that my hand was still in his and my gaze feel on our hands and back again to his eyes, his deep as the sea brown eyes

"umm I'm sorry I didn't realize" he said while listening his grip on my hand and setting it free...

"it's on pabo" I said while smiling at him sweetly

"hey don't call me that " he said with his brows raised.

"hehehe ok pabo I with call you "pabo"...

I said

after walking out we bid goodbye to each other at the bus terminal as we parted ways....

"haaa today was not that bad actually" I said to myself as I sat in the bus.
