It's been a few years since Najimi, Komi and I became friends. Komi still hasn't gotten to the point where she can speak sentences out loud, but she can whisper a few phrases now so at least I can hear her voice.
I haven't really received new quests or completed any secret quests, so I've just been focusing on my Demon Slayer training. I've been practicing mostly sound breathing and stone breathing since I don't have a normal nichirin katana.
After consuming the Gene appearance variant of Miyamura I've started to gain a more defined jawline as well as ocean blue eyes. Since I'm 14 now I decided to get my tongue split, but I didn't tell my parents until after it healed. When I showed it to them they were obviously shocked but decided not to scold me and instead tell me to hide it at least.
When I met up with Najimi and Komi during the summer I showed them my split tongue even moving each side separately. Najimi found this really cool and said 'he' wanted one too and when Komi-san saw her face turned red which kind of confused me at first.
We then went on a bunch of activities during the summer. We went on a hiking trip in the mountains and camped there for the night. I was even able to hunt a rabbit which we cooked and ate, I even kept the hide and when my family saw it they were very surprised. I was able to use the hide and fur to make some earmuffs for Komi which I planned to give her at her birthday, which coincidentally was on Christmas.
We planned to go to the beach but Najimi caught a summer cold from the constant flow of cold air from 'his' AC at home. Komi and I would've gone together but her dad decided to bring her and her family to the aquarium as soon as it was just me and Komi-san.
This was also the time where I would get a back tattoo. It's design is quite simple, a black tribal dragon that covers my entire back.

It took a total of 12 hours over the course of 3 days to fully complete the tattoo as it covered my whole back. My Hanma Bloodline might even be able to flex my demon back to make the dragon look more menacing. When I told my parents I was getting a back tattoo they were against it, but after a few weeks of working part-time at Wcdonalds and pestering my parents I was able to get their permission and pay for half the full price.
I decided to show Najimi instead of Komi since I really wanted to surprise her with it. I had a month until Middle School so I decided to make myself a motorcycle. I went to a scrap yard and looked for motorcycle parts. I found the frame for a cruiser motorcycle and decided to clean the rust off of it first. Then I bought some wheels good for off-road and on-road as well. Then I found a handle bar that was easy for me to install. I was able to find a Parallel Twin Engine that's good for going fast and just regular driving. I was able to finish the bike in 3 weeks. I painted it black and used white lines to trace my back tattoo on the side of it.
After completing the bike I hacked into the school files for which classmates I could recruit into my gang. I was able to find 13 suitable students as they were delinquents, then I went into other school records and found a bunch of delinquents to recruit. Then I hopped onto my refurbished Yamaha V-star 250 and went out in my uniform. I was wearing a white 6-buttoned trench coat with white loose-fit jeans that reach my ankles, the jeans are tucked into a pair of black combat boots with straps in it. I was also wearing a black long-sleeved shirt with black leather gloves. I was also wearing a white commodore hat with black highlights.
I went on recruiting more gang members until I had around 105 members excluding me. I gave them their uniforms and now I had formed the gang 'Black Dragons'. The logo for the gang was the same as the one in Tokyo revengers. I even had 3 flags made with the symbol. My goal for Black Dragons would be the same as Shinichiro's, I will unite the entire Kanto region gangs under my name and if possible the entire of Japan.
At first it was tough to recruit the other delinquents some easier than others, but in the end I was able to recruit them. I had 5 captains with 20 members in each squad so far. Now I'll just wait for Middle School while I do stuff with my gang.
(Time Skip)
On the last day of summer Najimi, Komi, and I went to my house to complete our summer homework. I was only halfway through and Najimi hadn't even started yet. Komi was finished and since she had nothing better to do she decided to help us out. Komi-san truly is a god-send.
After we arrived at my house we went into me and Hitomi's room. We brought out our notebooks and started working. While Najimi was going as fast as 'he' could I was going at my own pace and was already 87% done with all my work 2 hours in, and Najimi was only at about 36%. Hitomi barged in with drinks and snacks and hung out with us for a while and then she helped Najimi out a bit and went back outside.
As I was getting hot since the AC is broken I took of my shirt and I was left in my black tank-top. As I was tying my hair in a messy top-knot I saw Komi staring at me while blushing.
(Komi POV)
While studying and helping out Najimi-kun I decided to see if Tadano needed some help. When I turned to my right I saw him in a tank-top and his hair in a messy top-knot. He was sweaty but the sweat glistening on his skin made him look charming. Especially with the orange light coming from the setting sun onto him just made him more good-looking.
"Shouko, is something wrong?"
I wrote down on my notepad absent-mindedly and wrote down

As soon as I realized what I wrote I blushed intensely and when I looked at Tadano-kun he was a blushing mess. When I saw this side of him my heart just beats and when I asked mom about she said said I was in love. Is this what this is, am I in love with my best friend? But what will happen to our friendship. I think I should just stay quiet for now.

I know we've been calling each other by our first names for a while now but it still makes me all warm and fuzzy.
(Tadano POV)
'OH MY GOD!!! KOMI COMPLIMENTED ME!!'
This is an accomplishment for me and I don't care what anybody says about it. Then we went on with our study session and we completed our homework, even Najimi completed 'his' work.
It was getting late so I decided to escort both of them home, Najimi said he can go alone since 'his' house is just 3 minutes away from mine which is true so I said goodbye to 'him'. Then it was just me and Komi-san walking together in the dark.
We were walking beside each other until Komi-san tripped on a can, so I caught her and asked if she was okay. I had on her waist and had my arm reaching out holding her hand. Komi had her feet on the ground and her back facing the ground. I realized what type of position we were in, it was like those moments in fairy tails when the prince was about to kiss the heroine. I then let Komi up and regain her balance and when I was about to let go of her hand she gripped my hand tighter. I then looked at her and she whispered out something.
"I-it's fine if we hold hands"
I was shocked since Komi just asked me to hold her hand, and who am I to reject her request. Me and Komi walked to her house hand in hand quietly just talking in the suburban lights. We then reached the front of her house and we parted ways.
As soon as I reached my house I cheered since I was able to hold Komi-san's hand. I was celebrating silently until I heard a ding.
