33 chapter 9

After scaring everyone shitless with the news that there are high chances of more terrifying stuff out there other than your normal everyday life walker, Leonard spend sometime taking a short nap since he hadn't had a wink of sleep since he and his party arrived onto the world of the walking dead, needless to say even if he had superhuman strength in comparison to the regular folks of the walking dead world, running around town and spending time killing the undead does make one feel quite fatigued.

He happily finds a remote corner of the drugstore and just lay down for some shut eyes.

Dreamland.

Leonard was currently in a bliss as his old self, enjoying life to it very limit through debauchery and surrounded by girls and being king of the world.

However suddenly all the girl's mouth open, he thought that they were planning to say something but all that came out of their mouth was.

*Ringing sound, like that of an alarm bell.

"Wait what the hell?"

*Ringing sound

"Leonard wake up!" one of the girls who look oddly like Mavis called out to him.

"Wake up!" she then slapped him hard on the cheek.

"Gahhh!" that hard slap completely brought him back to reality.

He looks around seeing everything was in total chaos due to the ringing sound of the alarm bell.

"Oh shit!" he yelled, "What the fuck just happened?" Leonard questioned.

Everyone was grabbing anything that they could grab and then the men rushed to hold the door as the deads were pounding on it.

Doug the watchmen look at Lee who was beside him.

"Hey, Lee...If we don't make it through this, you should know that...I think you're a great guy." he told Lee.

"Shut up Doug!" Lee roared at him.

"Doug, if we don't make it through this, you should know--" just before Carley finished her sentence the walkers slammed on the door heavily and manage to knock Lee back.

He quickly got back and pushed against the door preventing the deads from coming in.

"I should know WHAT?" Doug asked Carley again.

However unexpectedly the walkers manage to break open a window and pushed down a shelf, creating an open path.

"Oh shit!" Carley pulled out her gun and take aim.

*bang *bang she shot twice and manage to kill 2 walkers.

Leonard seeing that Lee and Doug were having a hard time holding back the door since Carley left to cover their flank he promptly rushed in to help.

Lee then called for Clementine to find some time to stick between the handle of the door, she nodded and then rushed back to look around- she then remembers something then run toward the office.

"Doug go cover the window, Lee and I got this!" he told Doug.

"You sure?!" Doug questioned.

"Yeah just go!" Leonard then used his full power to push against the door and promptly shutting it in.

"I found something!" Clementine called out and handed Lee a wooden cane.

He quickly took it and placed it jam in between the handles, blocking off the door and reduced the pressure on Lee and Leonard.

"Gahhhh!" that was Doug scream, Doug who was covering the window was grabbed by the walkers- at the same time.

"SHIT! I'm out! I'm OUT!" that was Carley, it is seen that she was also in a jam as well, the reason might be that she ran out of ammo.

"LEE Help! Ammo! In my purse!" she yelled as a crawling walker grab her by the ankle.

"Lee try to help Doug I'll get Carley!" Leonard yelled out

He then ran toward Carley when he arrived he kicked the head of the crawler that was grabbing Carley ankle, breaking its neck, however, it was not dead yet so he finished it by stomping it on the head until the skull caved in, then another walked toward trying to grab him by the arm however he then gave the rotten corpse a hard punch on the chest sending it flying backward.

"Thank you." Carley thanked him for helping her then grab her purse and pulled out another clip of ammo and began reloading her gun.

Lee who was helping Doug, however, was not in the greatest of conditions, the strength of one man cannot stop the pulling force of a group of walker pulling on Doug.

The wooden plank then gave in and Doug was pulled outside, leaving Lee stunned and helpless.

After Doug was pulled out by the pack of vicious walkers they were on him and biting and tearing him to pieces as Lee and Carley watched in horror.

Kenny rushed out from the office.

"Let go!" he yelled, with that, they abandoned everything and run for their life, however, one of the crawling undead manage to sneak in and grab Clementine by the ankle as she tried to run, tripping her.

"Clem!" Leonard saw this and rushed toward her to help, he grabs the dead thing by its hair and then with the force of his hand he slams it head down hard on the brick floor splatting it brain juice all over.

He then picks up Clementine and ran toward Larry who was holding the door for them.

Following suit was Lee himself, Leonard ran pass him without looking back, unexpectedly Larry didn't try anything stupid against him and just let him pass.

However, it could not be said so for Lee.

"You're not coming with us, you son of a bitch!" he then punched Lee in the face.

"noooooo!"

Clementine turned around when she heard the commotion caused by Larry and yelled.

Larry then ran, Leonard put down Clem and told her to go and join the other.

"Just go, I'll get Lee," he told her, she looks at him and nodded thus she ran and joined up with the other.

Leonard then ran toward Lee pulling him by the leg, once they're in the office be slammed the door, he then picked Lee up and carrying back to the other.
