Inside the motel.

"Alright is what those people said legit?" Lilly question the two of them.

Carley looked at Leonard and then turned her head to Lilly.

"Yeah it's legit, they had everything, from food to security, we came back to bring everyone there before nightfall," Carley told Lilly.

"What do we waiting for? Let get going then!" Larry called out.

"*sigh it's Larry." Leonard let out a deep sigh and thought.

"Alright let go, we have to get there before nightfall or things can get dangerous- if you know what I mean," he told Lilly and Larry and everyone around them.

Everyone then quickly gathered everything and then followed Carley, while Mavis, Conner and Big T followed behind Leonard who was a bit away from the main group.

This group, however, did not include Ryan, as she was with Carley and the other.

"Alright I need to tell you guys something, so keep your voices down alright?" Leonard asked them, Mavis and Conner then put on their serious face and nodded.

"Where we are going is likely to be dangerous- mostly to Ryan and the other normal peoples." he then filled them with his knowledge about the situation of the St. John family and the fact that these people were cannibals.

"Disgusting beasts…." Mavis commented.

"Why are we going there if it's likely to be dangerous?" Conner asked.

"...well if they tried anything on us- we just have to kill them and take everything they had...I called everyone out just so if there's that chance happened- we have enough hand to carry off their supplies." Leonard told him in a nonchalant tone.

"..." the both of them was speechless, however, they couldn't deny it since it was a logical choice, if they wish to kill you then you have to get them first, finally take everything they had as a bonus.

"Let just catch up to them, shall we? We don't want to miss the fun later." Leonard grinned.

Mavis and Conner just have a feeling of dread as they saw that look on Leonard's face.

Tyrant who followed them closely had no reaction since it's an undead and had it face covered.

Soon they quickly caught up to Carley group and made their way out of the wood toward an opening and then followed the electrified fence toward the St. John Dairy.

By the time they arrived, it was already late afternoon.

"Here it is, St. John Dairy." Carley pointed out to the ignorant members of the group.

However, as they gotten closer they saw Mark with an arrow stuck in his shoulder.

"Mark! Oh my god, what happened?" Khaja voiced her concern.

"He got shot with an arrow," Lee responded.

"Christ! Are you gonna be okay?" Lilly also voiced her concern for Mark.

"Yeah, I'm fine. I should just...pull it out…" Mark replied weakly.

"Hey, Mark why don't you let my uncle take a look at it. He dealt with stuff like this before." Leonard called out and Mark just looks at him.

"Alright." he agreed.

Conner then walked up toward Mark and use his knife to cut off the clothes around the arrow wound. "Damn that was my favorite shirt." Mark's trying to be sarcastic.

Conner inspected the wound and came to a conclusion.

"Fortunately you won't likely to die from this, however, unfortunately, that bolt penetrated that plate of bone on your back, so it's not wrong to say that it will be out of commission for a while," he told Mark.

"Can it be treated?" Lee asked.

"Yeah, I can pull it out now." Conner Mark.

"....do it," Mark told him.

"Alright...it's going to be painful for first timer, on the count of three," he said.

"One"

"Two-"

*yank before he could finish the sound of the number two Conner already yanked the bolt out of Mark's shoulder.

"Gahhhhh! You said on the count of three, man!" mark yelled.

"...it's going hurt more if you expecting the pain." Conner gives his remark.

Conner then took out a small vial of medicine that Leonard gave him a while back, he told Conner to use it whenever he is injured when out salvaging, however, don't try to get bitten to test it out.

"What is that…." Lilly pointed at the vial in Conner's hand.

"Medicine that makes the wound heal quicker," Conner answered her question.

He then poured the drop of liquid onto Mark's shoulder and immediately the bleeding stopped and the wound began to slowly mend itself.

"This is amazing! It feels really good." Mark told them.

Khaja who witness the scene couldn't help be gasp in disbelief.

"Mr. Conner may I ask what kind of medicine is that and where did you get it from?" she asked.

"Oh this is our family secret medicine, I couldn't disclose any more information sorry."

He replied to her.

Carley who was watching on the sideline just gave Leonard a glance.

Leonard could only give her an awkward smile.
