Starting Tutorial

A man bitten by a radioactive spider. That same "Friendly Neighborhood Hero" was now swinging web to web littering the city with his biodegradable webs, or at least I hope they were. He also seemed to be looking for any job people were willing to give him in some form of desperate need of money. Thinking on the implications of that I found myself shrugging it off, and planning on where to go. I knew Spiderman lived in the Queens according to some random lore I had heard before. I also knew what part of New York I was in then. With that in mind my location was fully secured to what I needed to know. I only wished my system had given me some sort of identity.

I was presented with a new problem however in this world I found myself in. While I knew the overall trend of certain Marvel movies and how certain characters existed. I hadn't actually personally read any Marvel Comics. Sure meme pictures and references were pointed out so I knew a bit about them. But any particularities in the comics would be a complete blank for me. Obviously I would need to catalog what I find out for myself in this world.

Walking out of the alleyway I found myself in I slowly made my way around the neighborhood I found myself in. My goal was to find some location with less people in it and potentially use it as a place of residency temporarily until I could get an actual job or some cash to use in this world. My thoughts pointed to going to some park around this area, and luckily enough for me I found one. Looking at the nice pond I let some thoughts float through my mind on how I had ended up here and the few crazy situations I had faced back to back. It almost was enough to break a normal person's mind if I hadn't had mine tempered by being in the void and messed with by some sort of THING. I still don't know what to call it.

Knowing my situation was somewhat safe though and even finding myself temporary satisfaction in just living I knew I needed to get back to the task at hand, and that was finding something to do with myself in this world. My unique talent currently was the ability to bring both older and more modern weapons into the world I was in. There was even certain fantasy based weapons and such like the Ray Gun. That wasn't it either though. I had different rewards for certain missions stated earlier and I saw a couple that introduced even the characters into the world I was in and even gave me the ability to get summons. My goal for now I decided would be to have a bit of fun and see what would happen if the Marvel world had to fight zombies.

Still, for now I needed to complete the Introduction mission in the list before that can be realized.

I had an inkling idea that I should've been cussing, but honestly I found myself not caring about the potential to die. It wouldn't have been my first after all.

And for the first time even past my gamer's mind I felt restless. I didn't mind death it was peaceful. But ceasing to exist scared me somewhere deep inside, and it was truly then that I realized something else about this new life of mine. It was my final chance of having a good story.
