Fong convinced Xiao Feng to spend the night at the base, although Feng disagreed, they managed to convince him.

To his surprise, it was quite pleasant to spend the night there. The people were very friendly and funny, not to mention that General Fong seemed seriously apologetic for everything that happened before.

Right now Feng was at the base's exit gate.

In front of him were General Fong and two other escorts.

"Xiao Feng, remember that we always have open arms for you," Fong said as he patted Feng's back.

Feng quickly got on his ostrich horse to resume his journey but before leaving he gave something to Feng.

"Here. King Bumi said to give it to you." Fong said.

Feng reached out to see what he had been gifted with and was slightly confused and surprised to see what a certain piece of Pai Sho was.

"Well, I won't stop you any longer, it's time for Parras!" Fong exclaimed with a smile.

And so Feng's journey began again, anticipating the adventures and obstacles he would have, he sped off with his ostrich horse.

As he ran along the roads, the night was coming and Xiao Feng needed a place to rest.

In a small search, Feng managed to find a caravan of merchants heading to some border towns.

When he found them, he did not expect to meet well-known merchants, such as the rich man.

"Hey, rich man!" I call him Feng to which the rich man quickly turned to look at him.

For him, that voice was unmistakable.

"Hey! It's been a while!" The rich man exclaimed, approaching.

They approached and shook hands. "This time where are you going?" Asked the rich man with serious doubts.

Usually, he never asks Feng anything every time they meet, but it's not that he doesn't want to, he just hadn't confirmed between them, but now it was different.

"Well, since we first met, I have been traveling towards the fire nation," Feng replied calmly.

"... What!?" he exclaimed alarmed, in this world, people from other nations who want to go there are seen as insane or suicidal.

The rich man preferred not to ask the reasons, why if he knew the answer he might not be alive.

Well, from his point of view, Feng might be plotting something against the fire nation, so it would be detrimental for him to know about some kind of plan.

A while passed and Xiao Feng met the rich man's escorts and they all chatted until midnight.

Almost at the time of going to sleep, screams alarmed everyone.

Feng quickly went out in search of the sounds and was surprised to see that bandits were looting the goods.

There were about thirty men, Feng would generally have no problem finishing them but this time it was different, and it was not why they could use some kind of item.

They all moved in a coordinated fashion and some Earth-benders who were in the caravans were easily eliminated.

Almost no one could notice it, but Feng could see the Earth-benders being hit at specific points and leaving them unable to use the Earth-bending.

As he was looking at the destruction caused by the bandits, he noticed a few footsteps approaching him rapidly.

He managed to feel a total of four people getting dangerously close to him.

The one closest to him tried to hit some point to block his Chi, but Feng managed to defend himself by making a wall.

But before he could do anything else, he was suddenly hit on his right shoulder, only to be distracted for a few seconds and be hit on the right shoulder.

With difficulty, he managed to move his arms, but he did not feel the flow of Chi, which means that it was blocked, but you still have a hint of Chi in his legs.

Before they blocked the Chi from his legs, he kicked the four aside, and with a stomp, a small pillar of earth handed him a crystal knife.

He took the knife and quickly cut the neck of the person who blocked the Chi from his left arm.

The other three did not expect anyone to be killed, least of all by a child, but they quickly rallied and attacked at the same time.

Feng took a deep breath and got into position to fight.

At that precise moment, Xiao Feng managed to sense three people. One of them would try to hit him from the front, another one would jump on his back and the last one would try to sweep his legs.

Before the first person could hit him, Feng grabbed his arm with a Kickboxing Armlock and broke it.

Then he crouched slightly to avoid the person who was going to jump on him, before that person fell to the ground, Feng took him by the peep and threw him towards the person who wanted to kick his legs.

When he confirmed that they were knocked out, he ran to help against the bandits.

Now Feng was sitting in front of a campfire. At his side were the rich man and his companions.

Feng was truly exhausted from fighting. He wouldn't have been that way if it wasn't for when he got distracted and let his Chi block.

That day Feng realized something important, If his Earth-bending is taken away, he was nothing, for that reason, Feng decided to resume the training regimen of his old life.

He also realized that Ty Lee was not the creator of Chi's blocking style.
