12 Chapter 12: Fairy Guild!

"Oh my god, is this my face", exclaimed Taru in his mind because what he saw in his reflection was face soo handsome, fair, and charming like an immortal. Even he himself felt attracted to this new vigor on his face and that face might just be that most handsome face he had seen in his life. And something was going through Eve and Raiku's mind as well, and they can't even think of something that can change a man's appearance so much. Not only his face, Eve even though his body is also exuding a manly charm that has dignity and majesty not in any way weaker than her dad. Whereas, Raiku saw something different because he can clearly sense that newfound strength in Taru's body, in fact, he can't even see his bodily potential. It's like there is no limit to his potential, charm, majesty, and power.

Raiku could even see that Taru has grown muscles in the places Taru didn't have them before which fixed his body structure a bit more making it in a perfect golden ration, hence enhancing his attractiveness even more. While Eve and Raiku both were in shock, Taru was in his own dilemma. "So, will I become more handsome and charming every time I upgrade my GDP. That's awesome, now I don't feel so much inferior to Eve and Zika at least in looks."

While everyone was stunned, Mr.Kim started setting up the table for lunch like nothing was out of place. But thanks to his indifference the atmosphere went back to normal, soon Taru, Eve, and Raiku sat down for lunch, and for a moment no one spoke. However, Taru couldn't let this continue so he broke the Ice with a simple question which Eve and Raiku were hoping Taru would ask, "Is something wrong?". "Yes" replied both Eve and Raiku together in sync. Which surprised Taru for a moment but with a smile he asked again, "What is it?", to which Eve and Raiku again asked the same question, "Wh... What happened to you, your face, and your body?".

And at this moment, Taru's brain was working so fast to come up with an answer that could logically explain my current body condition to them without gaining their suspicion. And soon he replied with a cough, "I lied to you guys at the start. What you were just me in disguise more like me using illusion magic to deceive everyone's mind. I did this so that I don't attract much attention. But right now I forgot to use illusion magic because I just woke up after a nap. As for the illusion magic, I have this special ability or magic you could say that I trained with a man in the forest when I was a little boy".

Hearing this Eve and Raiku was dumbstruck and they couldn't believe Taru, because Illusion magic is a very special magic people with special bloodline or magic can perform it. And second of all, why did his parents who were present when he was leaving with Raiku said anything. But before they could say anything Taru understood their doubts so, to Raiku he said while pointing towards his eyes, "When we were leaving my illusion magic was only working on you, not my parents, and as for if I can use illusion magic than for that look here".

And as soon as Eve and Raiku saw into his eyes they were shocked and scared to death because Taru's eye turned red with a comma like patterns inside them. But before they could distract themselves, Taru said, "Now look, I can show myself as an elf as well", and as soon as Taru said that he used his Sharingan to use Illusion on Eve and Raiku. And sure enough, Eve and Raiku were shocked because they could see long ears like elves and it looked completely natural, however, at the same time they both understood the truth.

And taking advantage of this time, Taru said, "I think it's better if I don't use illusion magic because it is like I am tricking people or lying to them as soon as I meet them", this had another meaning behind it. Now that Taru is this handsome of course he wouldn't want to hide his appearance. But surprisingly to him, Eve quickly objected to his words, "No... No, I think you should continue to hide your appearance because you never know who's the attention you would garner, right Raiku?". As for the reason why Eve said that Raiku understood it very well, because with his looks Taru would gain attention from all sorts of women, and she doesn't want that to happen, therefore, after sighing once Raiku also nodded his head.

Seeing this Taru was truly confused but he really did want to hide his face, so he said again "No, but I can't start any kind of relationship on the bases of false look, and most importantly I am going to Fuji village with Zika tomorrow. And I can't just deceive her all along..." but before Taru could complete his sentence Eve shouted, "Why not. I mean it's not like... like. What I want to say it's like she cares how you look like right?". And this is when Taru understood something, to which we can he does not have such a bad EQ or maybe with new charm and confidence he doesn't have to ignore the obvious signs saying it is just coincident. It's like when you know for sure that a girl is out of your league so you don't even stop to think for a moment that she actually might like, and that is why Taru ignored all of the meanings behind Eve's action subconsciously because he didn't think she would ever like him, especially with such disparity between looks and status.

That is also the reason, why he felt closer to Zika before, but now that he had a high status and extremely good looks, he good that confident on, which automatically raises his EQ a little. Although he still isn't an expert on emotion and love, he is more accepting than before. This is why Taru finally picked up something wrong with Eve's behavior and when he contemplated her actions and behavior before he could connect one and two together to which he smiled and thought, "Finally, I can't believe that this beautiful princess has feelings for me. Let's see how she reacts when I say that I have to show my appearance to Zika because I can't let her be in dark about this forever, and the earlier I tell the less hurt she would feel".

However, something totally unexpected happened as a result of him teasing the princess, because he said that, Eve's face was flushed with embarrassment, frustration, and anger, and for a while, she just stared at Taru with her eyes which were about to be watery. To which Taru was about to stop teasing her but she suddenly asked, "Are you going alone with Zika?", to which I replied, "Yes" after a while. And then unknown to anyone suddenly stood up, walked in front of Taru and said, "Then I can't leave my savior alone, I will go with you to Fuji village, and that is final. As for my father, I will ask her myself, I will be ready tomorrow. So I will take my leave now because I have to prepare for the trip". Listening to his not only Taru even Raiku was baffled and looked at Eve's leaving silhouette in shock, due to which the dining hall was silent for a while. Then suddenly Raiku and Taru started laughing loudly, which even Eve could hear while on her way out, which made her pout cutely and blush from neck to ear but there was a little smile on her face as well, expecting an adventure with Taru again.

A little after Eve left, Taru and Raiku started to talk about the process of registration as an adventurer and all the requirements, and soon both finished their meals and walked towards the fairy guild at the center of the market place of Tero city. While walking Taru asked, "Raiku is it alright if it is possible to hide my strength a bit because I just want to start as a B ranker.", hearing to which Raiku wasn't surprised. In fact, he thought idea first, but later he thought that as Taru is young he wouldn't understand why he had to hide his power when he could show off, hence he didn't say anything. But hearing Taru, Raiku was reminded how different Taru was from his age group. So Raiku replied with a smile, "Yes of course, and I believe that you should hide some power too, because it is not safe for young talented people, as for the method it is very simple when demonstrating don't use any magic above Rank B and most importantly when channeling mana to the mirror that I told you about, hold back a little mana. And you can hide a little bit of your power in fact if luckily you can get one less rank which should keep you safe in times of danger."

To which Taru nodded in understanding, and soon they arrived in front of the Fairy Guild, but again Taru couldn't believe the coincidence, because this Fairy guild building looks so familiar with the guild building of fairy tail from fairy tail anime in his previous world. Even the mark was the same. To this Taru had only one thing to say, "Well, I'll be damned..."
