70 Joining The School!

"... Please, don't blame Thomas. He is very kind. He just wanted to celebrate. it was the first time meeting his son in law. We had to delay our meeting, " said Harry, a voice filled with full of sincerity.

Harry, Jasmine, and Thomas were sitting at the headmaster's office. The man sitting in the headmaster sit was none other than Agilbert Fontaine, Felicity's big brother, and head of Fontaine noble family.

Agilbert welcomed them politely to his office, and soon Pukwudgie came in and served them coffee.

The Pukwudgie is a magical creature somewhat similar to the house elf from England.

The Pukwudgie is a magical creature native to the United States of America. Pukwudgies are short, grey, large-eared creatures. They are distantly related to the European goblin and have been known to both help humans and play tricks on them. Pukwudgies hunt with their poisonous arrows.

Pukwudgies still work at Ilvermorny and provide security and maintenance. Only the head of the school is worthy enough to order them to serve coffee.

Harry, who was rather used to wendy, his house elf, who was so considerate of his every need, but the Pukwudgie, as Harry didn't know his name, was rude, so he didn't like him at all. He put four cups of a coffee while spilling it on the table. Agilbert was still kind to him as he thanked the little gray creature and used his wand to clean his mess. The rude one didn't reply and left the room.

Harry felt it awkward but from the corner of his eye, he could see that the other three were used to such behavior.

He took a sip of coffee to not let his awkwardness show in his face, then he found it bitter. He knew how were coffees taste but it was really bitter which Harry thought was the carelessness of that rude one.

Harry drink it somehow and put the cup back. It is then he said those worlds as it would be good to start talking.

Jasmine who was sitting in the middle cover her hands to suppress her laughter as Harry had just said half truth half lie.

Harry was related to them, yes. They had a celebration, yes. But it was for a different reason, not because Thomas was happy with Harry's arrival. They celebrated because of the potion and for Laura. He said everything separately, part by part. But whoever listens would undoubtedly connect them!

Thomas had a black line on his forehead, and he had choked out coffee, but thankfully in his own cup, but others didn't notice this.

As Agilbert was looking at Harry as he was listening to him, so he didn't notice other two's reaction.

He was still smiling kindly, "It is understandable to celebrate joyous moments."

Before both can continue the conversation, the door opened and the lady wearing a black witch's robe and hat came in while she was speaking even before she came in, "Oh great brother of mine, I wanted to discuss a topic I am…"

She screamed pleasantly when she saw Harry and Jasmine, as she was friends with both of them.

She met Harry recently but she was a friend of Jasmine as they were the senior and junior of this school.

Agilbert furrowed his brow slightly but just for the moment as it returned to normal, because of her sister's unruly behavior.

Felicity greeted all of them, and she still was talking animated by with Jasmine as both of them have the somewhat same personality and both are very passionate and curious.

She sat on Thomas's place as they were creating and talking with Jasmine, but when conjured the chair to sit-he fall to the ground, as his magic somehow fail to create even normal chair!

For the head of the family, and leader of all nine families it was beyond humiliating for him.

Everyone looked at him in a daze, only wasn't affected. He smiled a little but it retired to wariness.

It was of course because of his ability- liquid luck!

The luck he gains wasn't out of nowhere as his all bad luck had to go somewhere, so Harry had chosen Thomas for the scapegoat!

He stood up first before anyone could and extended his hand to help him.

"Are you all right, father? You aren't hurt anywhere, right?" asked Harry with full of concern.

Agilbert nodded his head in satisfaction as he saw Harry helping Thomas. Actually, even for Agilbert, Thomas was elder. As he saw Harry his impressed deepen. If any dissatisfaction was there for canceling and delaying the meeting, now it all turned to God impression.

"What a good man! Only if Felicity would stop being childish and find a man like him…" thought Agilbert and sighs softly.

While he was thinking, Harry,

placed Thomas in his chair and made one chair for himself.

Felicity and Jasmine weren't talking like previously so they made space for him, and Harry sat between them.

When everyone settles down, Agilbert spokes in full of praise of Harry.

"Haha, what good son in law you have, Thomas. Congratulations. Jasmine is a really lucky girl, " said Agilbert sincerely.

Thomas who was listing praise of had an unsightly face but he could show it outward so he just smiles weakly, and drank coffee again, but when he heard last part, he was shocked and somewhat angry as he pressed the cup which broke up and stained his pant with coffee. It stood up shouted in pain. It was a truly unlucky day for him. 'I already lost my baby girl to this bastard. Wasn't one enough??' he cursed inwardly as he had to maintain his image while casting a spell to dry his robe.

While Jasmine sitting near him, blushed and looks at the floor not daring to look up while her hand was playing with her rob in her nervousness. She started fantasizing herself with Harry and her blushed face deepen in red.

Harry was composed compare to the other two. He could understand how he misunderstood thing. Harry came with Jasmine so it was natural for anyone to link together.

He smiled inwardly as passive ability Liquid luck was truly great.

Thomas, in the end, cleared his throat and spoke, " Actually, it is my first daughter, Sara, not Jasmine."

Agilbert apologizes, "please forgive me for that, I should have known better. Jasmine is just a child."  His impression on Harry deepens yet again. He just like school founder, lady Isolt. She didn't care if the person was a wizard or not. For her, every human was the same and she also married to Muggle man. Unknowingly Agilbert compared Harry to school founder.

Felicity wasn't present when Harry spoke early so she wasn't clear on what is going on, but she was smart as she connected the dots and knew what was happening. She let out giggles but realized her mistakes so she hurriedly changed the subject to avoid awkwardness.

"Right, I only knew you needed to delay the meeting, so that means you got the permission?" asked Felicity, as she looked at Thomas, but to her surprise, he shakes his head.

Harry smiled and saw her surprised face, as it was confusing as well as surprise, so Harry spoke to clear out the misunderstanding, "Sara actually comes up with a plan…" He described everything to her at the same time to her brother.

Harry was no doubt trying to impress the headmaster as it was even without liquid luck he knew he needed this man's favor for his plan to succeeds.

"Main company, another country, branch company, "  murmured Felicity in a soft voice. Her eyes light up, "What a great plan! Truly sister Sara is smart as ever!"

Harry nodded in agreement, " So, now, I only need ingredients, " and he looked at the headmaster, but before he could say Felicity replied, " that is no problem at all, "

Harry said his thanks and looked at the headmaster who also nodded as he had no problem with the deal either, as he had rather a good impression of him.

They chatted among themselves about various things, but suddenly Felicity remembered why she came in the first place.

She slapped her head while pouted which looked incredibly cute.

"I almost forgot about special training!" exclaimed Felicity.

Harry was waiting just for this moment. He knew it was something like training in Hogwarts where the ministry will send people to teach about Apparition and gave them license after students pass the test, so he could stay saying he wanted to join this program and in meantime find out security if the tree and then when he went back to reality, at the moment he started the artifact, will be easier to do what he intended.

Harry made a puzzled face and asked, " What is this special training?"

Jasmine replied, "It is sponsored by the ministry to teach elite young witches and wizards advanced magic, which isn't suitable to teach in the school for everyone to learn."

"So that is how it is, " said Harry. It wasn't far from what he had assumed.

"Right, if I remember correctly, then, Felicity, the youngest healer, is here to teach students, " asked Harry with a smile.

Felicity nodded her head as proud look could be seen in her eyes and she looked please from Harry's praise.

"Only if I could attend your classes with Jasmine, " said Harry jokingly.

Both Jasmine and Felicity's eyes lit up, and Jasmine instantly blurted out, "Why not? You can join me!"

Harry smiled inwardly as he got what he wanted as the ability of liquid luck is really amazing!
