after a while, triphook came with eight rings with their unique designs - " last two we are not quite sure off, it will be safer if you wait for a few years" he said in an unsure tone
" No problem " he is not in a rush, he only came here keeping black and Avery family line in mind, others were just Cherry on top for him...
' No greed ha...' triphook thought to himself - " well we should get started" nodding Noah picked a ring probably made of jade with thin silver dragon looping it...
when he held it, it gave a nice tingling feeling to it, the design was simple yet elegant, as he put it on one of his left fingers- it gave off a green shine and few words echoed in his mind ' For Gems of Nature ', ' with essence of love ' Jade ' ', and after that he felt a burst of energy and saw a Chinese dragon with various colours form and with a loud roar went inside him, he was in a Little daze but after few minutes his eyes were able to focus.
' amazing...' triphook thought and proceeded to explain " Congratulations Mr.Taylor, you were approved to become the lord of the Jade house, but never have I ever seen such strong reaction..." Noah could only smile wryly and looked at the ring as a glint passed through his eyes.
he then went for the next one, it had a deep-sea blue colour with silver compass carved on the top and small ship print on the bottom.
This time he slipped the ring in his left index finger whereas the previous one was in the middle- soon as he did that- raged sounds from waves could be heard all around... and the words ' From the Sea, Wealth and Revenge ', ' With winds of storm 'Avery' ' echoed in his mind.
Then with another burst of energy, a mermaid formed- her tail was bright silver with green hair and vibrant yellow eyes, little similar to the movies yet much more refined. she gave out a long cry and then suddenly jumped into Noah- her cry turned into a beautiful melody.
Noah saw triphook having a stupid blissful look and got a little weirded out, well he only saw this after getting over his own blissfulness.
" *Ahem* " he coughed a little to take him out of his trance, which was enough as triphook was awake from his stupor.
" Ah- yes, yes... forgiveness! it was too beautiful" laughed in embarrassment- " but I have to tell you Mr.Taylor, I have never seen or heard of such a strong reaction, you truly are a mystery," said as he looked at Noah with sparkling eyes.
Noah again didn't reply just gave a small smile and went for the next one. ' This is going to be a long day....' he thought to himself while picking up the ring, he had many questions but kept them for the end.
Next ring was black coloured, shaped like a beast jaw with silver teeth holding a golden skull in between, when he picked the ring, he didn't have a good feeling about it...' hey! Alden is it cursed?? '

triphook was watching the young man, who had a serious face looking at the ring and was a little amused. after sometime the ring shone, this got him worried, thinking if something wrong with it!

" Ah- no it's nothing, I was just admiring the ring "

taking a deep breath, placed the ring on the right index finger, crow's ' caw ' and ' Karr ' could be heard then same as the others, words echoed in his mind ' Always pure ', ' with radiance ' Black '. with a burst of energy - a crow sitting on the back of a greyhound formed and went inside him.
it feels really weird everytime it happens to him, there are no visible changes, yet he feels different. at this point he really wants it to be over quickly.
next one had the base made of three coloured marble that is - ' yellow ', ' green ' and ' pink '. and the top had a Stock flower design with platinum.
putting it on the right middle finger, activated a really pleasant scent- it was sweet yet spicy, probably scent of stocks. the words- ' For beauty, happiness and joy ', ' with passion and adoration ' Matthiola ' ' echoed.
This time something little different happened, he didn't know what was but still he felt different kind of energy bursting out. A women with white-gold hair, moon-bright skin and shiny-blue eyes formed, but right after that her hands slowly turned into white feathered wings with golden glow then a small white beak could be seen, she stared straight in the eyes of the young man before her for quite a long time, suddenly she smiled, warmth could clearly be seen in her eyes. she too jumped in Noah.
He was surrounded with bright light for five minutes, finally disappearing. this time changes were more prominent than the last one's. his hair turned silver with golden highlights, the skin was fairer than before also very smooth and soft and his eyes more lively.

slowly opening his eyes, he took a deep breath after exhaling he felt lighter than before, he turned his hair black and said ' after we get back...' all the tiredness he felt a moment ago went away.
with a slight smile and ignoring the shock expression of triphook, he picked the next ring which was black with golden runes engraved.in them with a dove carved on the top.

he raised his right eyebrow, intrigued. then preceded wearing it in his left pinky finger, the words- ' for peace, tranquillity and grace ', ' The Prince of Enchanters ' Merlin ' ' rang in his mind. this time a pure white dove formed and flew in him as his ring shone blue and gave off vibrations.
' three more to go...' he thought as he let out a *sigh *
