As the two moons shine in the darkness of the night. The area in the imperial army side is almost a complete wasteland, full of bodies of the first and the second Imperial Army.
In the distance, the 3rd 50,000 Imperial army arrives at the wasteland they have witnessed, accompanied by 13 Battle Airships as large as an Airbus A380.
By the time they arrived at the aftermath of the nuclear explosion, they widened their eyes frightened of the scene, if it was a regular Nuke, people somewhere in A-rank could manage to survive but they are all like the many troops in the field.
And what's even more horrifying is that the explosion didn't even disintegrate them, the corpses turned into husks like things with no signs of burnt, wounds, or injuries in their skin, they look all rotted, not rotted as in dead for a long period of time, rotted as if the magic in them was sucked out immediately.
The reason is that when Pope Lincoln explodes like a Nuke, it creates a powerful pulse similar to an EMP, it's not just killing all of the first and the second army but instantly erases the inner magic and mana within them into nothingness including negates their systems dry.
Back to the scene, the 3rd Imperial army has a hard time to see in the cloud of dust covering their vision but then in the distance they see pairs of red lights, seeing it make many of them shiver down their spines.
As the cloud of dust begins to vanish, it reveals a man with a strange black uniform, but that doesn't make their fear go away.
"I-Is he the one who made all this? A Demigod?" One of the soldiers asked.
"No, probably not, he doesn't have any magic, so he's not a threat"
Artemis, seeing himself getting watched by thousands of men and women, he just doesn't have any time left but he needs to get this over with.
The two sides stared at each other for long, nobody moved, but as the music started to die down, a new one began.

Artemis began to step forward, the imperial army saw that and instinctively stepped back but Artemis didn't stop there.
In the fortress city, the people watch as the man in black fights a powerful Demigod, saves the city by doing something impossible, and manages to beat a Deity with their very own mortal eyes. So now, they believe and have faith in the Man in Black and his victory against the army on his own…
Watching him do all of those accomplishments made them realize...
…they realize that there could be 'only' one dominant life force in this world.
Some of them might believe that every living being in the world will soon fear him...
only him.
He took out the handle of his Energy Sword of Vengeance and faced the army of the Empire they mostly hated.
Back to Artemis, as he made it 20 meters from the army, he materialized a handle of his Energy Sword and halted his steps…
And ready to harvest some lives…

Like a werewolf on a rampage, Artemis tore through their first line and broke through each layer of formation they had instantly.
Artemis has already killed 1000 men in just less than 3 seconds.
"For the Empire!"
Seeing the enemy engagement, they were too engaged but charging against someone who easily beat Lincoln was a death sentence for them.
Soon, screams and wails filled the night sky as the invading imperial army was massacred.
As Artemis decapitated sixty Imperial soldiers in one swing, hundreds of Enchanted Cannon ammunition rain down on him, while it couldn't kill or hurt him, it just only annoys him.
He looked at the source and saw 13 Airships armed with dozens of Enchanted Cannons on all of their sides began bombarding him in order to injure or kill him as soon as possible, which was futile.
He raises his arm, his army suddenly opens and reveals a rocket, the rocket shoots and splits dozens of mini missiles hitting each Airship.
Just one hit, it destroys both the magic defenses and the Airships.
The missle Artemis is armed with, its purpose is to destroy enemy aircrafts and able to easily penetrate impregnatable armors even if there's one in this world which is the Airship for example.
After he destroyed the Airships, he began to continue his massacre.
The lights would sway violently before disappearing. Signifying the death of the men and women who wielded them.
For long, explosions and blades flashed in the darkness of the night, leaving behind screams of pain and death.
In a matter of minutes, many Imperial Soldiers and Battle Mages. had turned into a river of flesh and blood.
One by one, the lights disappeared until there was none left. The screams followed soon after.

In the fortress city, Reinhard and his men watch the whole scene.
After the Man in Black returns and defeats the Demigod, a large explosion has the same destructive power of a 9th tier magic spell but with strange signs of anomalous magic unstableness according to Toby.
"We are so lucky that he was on our side" Jord said, witnessing the man in black defeat one of the most powerful demigods and the imperial army in just a short time, he took note never angering the man in black, the other knights agreed with him and nodded.
"What is happening," Silvanna asked herself. Just a few hours ago, the metal demon was the calmest person she had ever seen.
The last time she saw him, he was a cold and calm man and can be sometimes annoyed.
But right now, he is like a rampaging cold-blooded beast that kills in sight, massacring 50,000 Imperial soldiers in less than 2-3 minutes leaving no survivors.
After a few minutes watching the massacre in the distance, what they saw next couldn't help but disgusted, vomited, or paled.
Bodies of the remaining imperial army stack each other in a large mountain and on the top was none other than Artemis.
The sun began to rise and shines, showing both the alpha and his preys
He killed every single soldier of the imperial army in less than 3 minutes and this is the quick result.
He. Is the true king of the Apex Predators.
