1 Reincarnated

I woke up to a piercing headache, a pain so strong that it can make the most strong-willed weep and cry like a baby, though I am just exaggerating it but "where am I?"

I looked up, and it was a blue sky, looked around me, and what I saw was a blue ocean and I am standing on a beach.

I was bewildered,

(how did I get here?)

(Am I dreaming?)

I pinched myself but the pain still didn't clear me awake. My body was numb, it felt like I had lost all feelings.

And that's when I realized.

"I am alive!!!! Woah!!! Woah!!!!, "Curse you damnable thunder!"

"Can't you strike someone else", why must you strike me?"

"I am sure that I have been chivalrous all throughout my life."

"I have never done evil".

Sigh, "This is all just unrealistic."

"How can lightning strike someone so unexpectedly?"

(Well, you can't expect lightning to tell you when it wants to strike you)

"Enough with all this thought, where exactly am I?".

I look toward the ocean, "The sea is sure beautiful".

I could hear the sound of thunder booming, and what did I do?

I started begging

"Honorable Mr. Thunder I am sorry for cursing at you, please don't strike me again".

As I opened my eyes that I shut because of my fears, I saw something that blew my mind away.

Two groups of people were fighting in the air, one side in white clothing and the other in black.

The blacks outnumbered the whites by thirty-four to three. but it was the white group that was winning.

What amazed me was not the unbelievable upset of white winning black but that they were freaking floating in the air.

You heard me right they were freaking! Floating in the air like Superman but they are not exactly in red underpants.

Each group of black and white wore ancient Chinese clothing, the ones in black wore a black robe with a tiger sewn on it as a design, while the ones in white wore a white robe and its design was the image of a sword sewn on its chest area.

"Arrrghh!!!" (I can't hold up any more, how can the sword river association three Cardinals be so strong).

"Argghhh!?" There was a scream followed by silence.

I was startled out of my thoughts, so I refocused, and I was shocked again.

There were only the three white robe individuals floating, I was surprised so I looked around, and then I saw twelve corpses sinking into the ocean depth.

I guess the others have sunk already, how unbelievable and then I was shocked out of my reverie.

(I am in danger!!!!!)

I heard the sound of clothes flapping and suddenly in front of me appeared a girl, she looked nineteen at most with an ordinary facial feature, but she had a streamlined body and a unique fragrance that intoxicates the mind.

"You sure have a death wish boy," she said with no emotion in her tone.

I was shocked out of my intoxication (what is this? what did she put in her perfume?).

(How can I be so easily enchanted?).

(Impossible!).

I was having useless thoughts in my mind when I broke out in cold sweats.

(Oh my God!!!!, Is this the legendary killing intent).

(Much stronger than the ones I have felt before).

(She must have killed millions to accumulate that much dreadfulness).

(It was like comparing a firefly to the moon, if I compare my killing intention to hers).

I was scared. That was so humiliating to be scared of a girl when I could kill men but...

My instincts were screaming that I should not do anything stupid. So, I acted weak as I then carefully and fearfully look up to her eyes and bang!!!

I saw the starry star itself, the most beautiful jewel, the eyes that can invoke a soul because of the beauty.

(Errghh what a lie).

I saw nothing before I fainted, but my subconscious was telling me what I saw was the truth.

(Like I would believe, I was defeated by a gaze).

I couldn't handle the pressure from gazing straight at the maiden, it was like I was hit in the head by a hammer, and a heavy hit at that.

"Rose" someone called from the skies before floating down.

It was a man of average heights; he has a bulky build with a large broadsword in his hand that is shining with a cold glint.

He looked at the boy who was lying down on the sand, he looked at him, then said to Rose, "Mainland?" She nods her head as a reply to his question.

He then creases his forehead and ask, "should we kill him?"

Rose thought for a while then replied. "No, we should bring him to our head."

The man with the burly build and the cold broadsword then said, "I think we should just kill him and be done with, this can lead to trouble".

The burly man said that as if the appearance of this boy will bring about some kind of catastrophe.

The girl has started hesitating but then she firms her face and said "No, have you forgotten the principles and motto of Sword River Association?"

"As I hold my sword with a clear heart of forgiveness, I bring not hurt to that which have done me no wrong, but I shall help that which suffers injustice and visit my enemies like the tide visit the mountain cliff."

They both said it together, then they smiled at each other, with determination in their voice they said together "we'll bring him in."

"Maybe this is the chance we need," said the burly man.

"Rose, Rock" Someone called from above.

"Rose, Rock".

The person continuously called

Swoosh

Someone swoops down from the sky.

"Kalen." they both replied

Kalen looked at the boy lying on the sandy ground with an electrifying gaze "Mainland?"

Rose and Rock replied by nodding their head

Kalen then thought for a moment, then smiled, "it seems even the heavens want our Sword River Association to become great".

"'Hahaha" Kalen laughed "But it is a really big risk", he frowned

Rock walked over and stood at the length Kalen stood, a few feet away from the boy, gazing at him like he was some kind of wonderful and rare creature

Rock then asks Kalen, "what is it with this Animal brigade, we were only attacked by a single division now but what about later?"

"And the most harrowing is that how did they know we are returning from the Trenx Ocean"

"Only the Cardinals and the seats know our return route".

There was a heavy silence among the three of them

Kalen then said, "if what I am thinking Is true, that means we are in big trouble."

Rock then levitated a few feet away from the ground and stretched forth his hand and a mass of energy condensed out of the air in the shape of a giant hand which picked up the unconscious boy and brought him up into the sky,

standing at a few distance away,

Rose and Kalen both levitated

and accelerated with inhuman speed.

only what was left in the air was their lingering afterimage.

....

(Three hours later)

A man with both hands at his back wearing a green robe that descipit an azure dragon in it's chest area walked in the beach.

He stepped on the sandy ground to where the boy and the three Sword River Association Cardinals once stood.

He was 185cm in height and was very good looking with his black hair flowing down straight from his head to his waist

He smirked and said "as expected, those trash failed".

He then stretch forth his hand to the ocean and green gas came out of his palm, the green gas floats speedilly into the ocean

And when it came out, the green gas was floating thirty four corpses.

The man then clench his hand and suddenly the corpses was ground to dust.

The man laughed and said "dust to dust, your worthless life was used to do something worthwhile".

"You all should be proud"

He laughed as he strutted off with a confident and elegant steps into the distance

While walking he murmured "Sword River Association". "This is just the begenining."
