14 Doji's story ll

Ethan was shocked and confused,why would his sword react at the sight of Doji's sword, could there be a connection between both weapons.

Ethan didn't think too long about it before he was brought back by Doji's shaky voice.

"This sword was found on my hands the day I was born,it was a strange phenomenon for a human to be born with a weapon,the most shocking aspect is that the green sword has been growing in size the same way I have also escalated in age!!"

"This brought more trouble for me,my father was smart he knew one day the family members would be so irked by my talent that they would not plan to kill me secretly but openly"

"So he had long prepared a teleportation array,i was able to escape through the array the day trouble struck,but the sight behind me was awful,my father fought singlehandedly with several powerful members to prevent them from reaching me,his body was like a fountain of blood,different punctures and bruises"

"Despite this,he still had a smile on his face when he saw me fully escape"

Doji could no longer maintain his emotions,his face became drowned with hot tears.

Ethan sighed and walked towards Doji who was in a very unstable state,he could now understand fully Doji's anger towards his family.

Doji suddenly felt a warm sensation on his shoulder,his body vibrated and could not help but look up.

His eyes met with that of Ethan and he suddenly felt a strange feeling of him staring at someone who he could forever rely on.

"You shouldn't cry Doji,I did more than this when i suddenly discovered my parents were no where to be found"

"But crying brought me no gain rather it was killing me bit by bit with melancholy, the only solution is to train hard and one day become very strong to fulfill our dreams"

Doji nodded obediently and absorbed every of Ethan's word,Ethan's word seemed to be calming his racing heart.

Somehow he trusted Ethan almost as he trusted his father,it was crazy but he couldn't help it,it appeared all of him could do nothing but believe Ethan.

It didn't take long before Doji calmed down and recovered his healthy face.

Ravu all this time was staring at the duo with happiness in it's glossy eyes.

"Never knew you could cry so bad!!"

Ethan discovering Doji's mood was getting better decided to shatter the tense atmosphere.

Doji laughed and slapped Ethan's hand off his shoulder.

"Be sure that I will pay you back!!" said Ethan as he pointed at Doji in fake anger.

"My door is open at all time" said Doji as he rose up with a mocking smile on his face.

"Now that I know about you,it would be wicked of me to leave you innocuous being in a Sedron forest" said Ethan teasingly.

"You call a late stage series warrior innocuous" replied Doji with his eyebrows raised up.

Ethan unwittingly had his mouth ajar,did he just say late stage series warrior that's two steps ahead of him.

Ethan cleared his throat immediately composing himself which evoked a wild laughter from Doji.

"it isn't funny!!!" said Ethan

Ethan's reply appeared to evoke more laughter from Doji as he giggled like a little kid,Ethan shook his head wondering what Doji found funny.

But Ethan was badly shocked.From his speculations Doji should be of the same age as him.

"Since you have nowhere to go would you accompany me so both of us would participate in the competition, you can compete under the name of my clan, that's if you are willing"

Ethan asked in hope that Doji would not decline,someone from a clan as huge as Abyssal Eder family would probably be to proud to have anything to do with a clan as his.But Doji's answer startled him.

"Sure I will,been waiting for you to ask"

Ethan felt his heart leap in joy his present feeling with Doji was pure happiness,it was something he could not comprehend.Ethan's eyes suddenly sparkled as he suddenly thought of something.

"Doji,what are your talents?!!"

"My family doesn't cultivate talents,we only focus on our dark flame"

"Then how would you participate?!!"

"That isn't a problem"

Doji gave his reply more live as suddenly a black flame began to burn on his palm,the flame had tiny bits of green which were as tiny as seeds.

"I could easily fill up as an elemental and weapon warrior,my sword is able to return into my body just like normal weapon warriors like you"

Ethan's lips was shaped in an "ohh" expression.Doji appeared to be prepared for such questioning.

Ethan walked towards Doji and grabbed his shoulder.

"Friends!!"

"Friends!!"

Walking in the depth of the Sedron forest are two boys with a huge panther at their middle,the panther constantly shook its head probably due to the conversation between the two lads.

Both boys were extremely handsome that almost any woman would glance at them more than twice.

"I am still wondering why you told me such confidential matter about the strife between you and your family,aren't you afraid I will sell you out?!!"

"Ravu said you can be trusted"

Ravu in reply to this words rubbed its huge head on Ethan's leg which brought a huge smile from Ethan,he was beginning to lose his fear for the beast.

Doji didn't lie,Ravu had informed him about the pureness of Ethan's heart,he had searched through Ethan's body for any hint of dark thoughts or intentions which he didn't find,he could easily accomplish this since he was a darkness beast and had a higher cultivation than Ethan.

But Ravu's analysis would have not been enough to convince him.He had also felt that Ethan could be trusted.

They continued their long walk and hardly met any strong beast on their path,only few level one Sedron beast and some wild beast.It was entirely strange not to clash paths with any high level beast considering how deep they were in the forest.

Suddenly a huge beast pounced out of a thick circle of trees,the beast had concealed itself there as the trees were huge and were able to cover it traces.
