The Argument

Some palace guards went out to protect the king or emperor, to drive Mr. Blonde away.

Hikaru's hand stopped them, his eyes still locked onto his brother and spoke,

"Return to your post, I can handle him, I appreciate your concern ". The guards left the two alone.

It is very quiet outside. I can hear my heart thumping, the wind howling, the rustling leaves of the trees which were swayed and danced with the wind.

Hikaru's brother became furious, as if he was a ticking bomb, " You're so dumb! You were the king but you're so insensitive!" the blonde came rushing to Hikaru's place.

" Aiomi, what do you mean?" he replied.

So he was Aiomi, from that screams I almost hear them.

He was very furious, as he talked to Hikaru. I couldn't hear them well in our place. I don't know what are they talking about. But I can feel this is bad. That furious guy may caused peril to Hikaru.

I hold Meimei's wrist and she looked at me . She noticed I am worried and scared. I slowly opened my mouth and whispered, "Can't someone stop them?".

She took a glance at me then back to the two and said, "No one dared to stop them."

I gave her a 'why' look., " The last time someone stopped them, Aiomi attacked and gave the person a broken arm. Lord Hikaru is the opposite one, he was very gentle and kind, he uses his psychological ability to reverse the mind of his opponents. When these two joined they were invincible. In short, they are too strong and wise to have arguements,my lady. People are too afraid to stop them"

I nod and was convinced at that. We looked at them as we wait for things to cool down...

We looked at Hikaru and Aiomi, they were still arguing, Aiomi's fist curled to a ball and tried to attack Hikaru. Hikaru was able to dodge his attack, Aiomi pull out a sword a

I want to go out of our hiding place and barge in but I might get myself to a bigger trouble.

I can see that Hikaru is holding his anger. He was still calm while negotiating with his brother. Few minutes later, Aiomi held Hikaru's collar and said something. At that, Hikaru fought back. Swords and daggers danced and clashed.

Where am I really? I was getting dizzy at the situation.

Out of the blue, Meimei asked me " Your highness, are you okay?"

I nodded while looking at her and asked myself why are they so polite and why are they calling me 'highness'?

I haven't heard their conversation because of the things running in my head. Aiomi knelt down, he left bleeding. When Aiomi is nowhere to be found Hikaru called us. He was bruised but all were minor injuries unlike Aiomi.

The servant bow down and left us.

Hikaru looked at me, he held my chin, " You're pale... Are you okay?"

"Y-yes, I think so..."

He removed his fingers off my chin, I looked away from him. His innocent and lovely face makes me blushed. He makes me uncomfortable. He makes my heart thumps a lot as if it was about to escape my chest.

He held my hand and assisted me as we walked the vast courtyard of the palace. As we get closer to the staircase, he looked at me again, his eyes caught mine staring back, Hikaru asked and even him, he called me 'highness' ,"Aren't you scared when Aiomi arrived, your highness?"

I removed my hand from his hands and answered, " Yes, I am scared. I don't even knew why he was furious at you...I know I shouldn't be this nosy around, but why were you all calling me 'Your Highness'? "

I had the guts to asked him, I am annoyed by these gestures. It makes me uncomfortable.

It puzzles me a lot. He did not respond at my question, he looked away and continued walking, I followed him. Did I say something wrong?

He walked so fast, I could not catched up. Three stairs before the palace door, I noticed myself panting, my hands were on my lap. I rest for a few seconds and walked again.

When I was on the top I entered the room and saw a dim lit room, at the furthest center was a huge golden statue of Bái Hǔ ( White Tiger in Chinese), there was a wide wall before a room, I walked near it and one of my questions was answered...
