Six months later.

Mike and Caroline were getting ready to retire for the night. Then suddenly, Caroline was experiencing painful cramps in her lower abdomen.

"Ouch! It's so painful!" Caroline said while holding her back.

Mike looked at his wife worriedly and rushed to her side. "Sweetie...are you okay?"

"These have been happening for three days already. I think I'm going to give birth to our twins tonight," she said as another round of pain shot through her lower abdomen, and then water trickled in her legs. "My water broke!" she exclaimed.

"Alright, endure it for a minute, let's get you to the maternity private hospital. I will inform your OB," Mike said, feeling nervous and excited at the same time. He glanced at Guada while calling the doctor on his phone. "Are the bag already ready?" he asked her.

"Yes, Sir! I have put all the clothing and all the birthing essentials in the bag since last week," Guada replied.
