The couple was taking a shower together in the bathroom after devouring a midnight snack.

They went back to bed.

Caroline exited the bedroom and went to the living room to get her phone to inform her mother that she won't be going home tonight.

She sat on the comfy sofa and typed a message, done typing, she sent it to her mother.

She went back to the bed and saw Mike lying leisurely waiting for her.

She went to the bed and lie down beside her boyfriend. She ran her hand on his chiseled chest.

"So, what's next? I mean the requirements are ready?" she asked.

"Yes, sweetie. By next week, we already completed all the requirements and we'll know our wedding schedule by then," Mike said and planted a kiss on her forehead.

"After the wedding, I will start planning the construction of the resort in Davao City. It's gonna be a long project. Why don't you go with me there so that we can be together every day?" Mike asked her.
