124 Monster!
Caroline and Mike hired a taxi going to Mr. Fernandez's residence.
They were welcomed warmly by the owner.
"Welcome back to my humble abode, Mike and Caroline," Mr. Fernandez said and invited the guest into the living room of his modest house.
They settled on the sofa.
Mr. Fernandez looked at the couple. "I chose to sell the land to you guys because your grand vision for the land is great. After the completion of the project, I'm sure many local people will be employed and it can be a great benefit to our local tourism. People from other provinces and cities will surely be flocking here to enjoy the beach, the mini forest park, and also the theme park, all three recreation amenities can be found in one place. All I can say is that it's a grand vision. I'm simply blown away and I'm very supportive of it," he said enthusiastically.
Mike and Caroline both smiled at the owner.
"Yes, of course, we will surely hire local people to work on the construction of the buildings and we also need to hire local people to fill up positions when the project is already completed and operational. We will make this province one of the famous tourist destinations in the whole country!" Mike said in response to the owner's enthusiasm regarding the project.
"Very well, so, what are we waiting for? Let's now discuss the selling process," Mr. Fernandez said.
"Alright, let's get started," Mike agreed.
In the next hour, they were discussing the deed of sale, and Caroline will wire the cash payment in two installment basis amounting to a total of ten million pesos within two weeks and the seller agreed to pay the transfer taxes. The deed of sale will be transferred to Caroline's name after the second wire transfer is completed. The legal agreement which is also called the Purchase Agreement will be handled by Mike's family lawyer and will be signed by both seller and the buyer to make the whole transaction a legally binding contract.
Please with the way their conversation going, My Fernandez offered a refreshment for the visitor which consist of native sweet delicacy and fresh lemon juice.
The couple consumed the delicacy with gusto such as Durian tarts, Pastel, and Glutinous Rice Cakes.
"Delicious!" Caroline praises the sweets.
"Rich in textures and flavors," Mike added.
Mr. Fernandez smiled with pride in his eyes. "These are just some of our sweet native delicacy, you can buy them in the mall to gift your loved ones when you come back to Manila. These products can be found in the Pasalubong Center all over the city," he shared the info.
"Thank you for the refreshment, Mr. Fernandez," Caroline said.
"Don't mention it," Mr. Fernandez replied.
"I will wire the money to you in your bank account Mr. Fernandez since we have the same bank after I got back in Manila," Caroline said.
"Okay, that's good," replied the owner of the land.
"I will have my lawyer get the Purchase Agreement ready within this week," Mike said.
"Alright, it seemed we already reach a favorable decision and we ironed out all the details. I'm expecting a fruitful outcome of our transaction within the next two weeks," Mr. Fernandez said.
"In that case, we will go back to our hotel..." Caroline interjected.
Mr. Fernandez nodded his head since they already covered and agreed on everything.
They stood up and shook the hands of each other.
"We're going now, Mr. Fernandez," Mike and Caroline said in unison.
"Take care guys," he said and send the visitors outside.
The couple waved their hand goodbye at Mr. Fernandez before they entered the taxi cab that was waiting outside to take them back to their hotel suite.
Mr. Fernandez went back inside his residence after he can no longer see the rear end of the vehicle.

"Please take us to the nearest mall," Mike told the driver.
"Yes Sir," the driver replied.
"What we're going to do in the mall?" Caroline asked.
"Just chilling and strolling to pass time, unless you want us to..." Mike whispered the rest of the words in his girlfriend's ear.
Caroline looked at Mike and pinched his side. She glared at him. He was telling her that unless she wants them to start shagging each other then they have to head back to the hotel and not in the mall.
Mike grinned and winked at his girlfriend in a naughty way.
Caroline kept to herself during the duration of the ride focusing her attention on the view outside the moving vehicle.
They finally reached the mall and Mike paid the driver a hefty amount including the tip.
They exited the taxi cab and entered the mall's entrance.
"So, what do you want to do, sweetie?" Mike said.
They never watch a movie before as a couple. "Let's watch a movie!" Caroline exclaimed.
"Sure," Mike smiled and held her hand. "And what else you had in mind?"
"Let's just watch a movie first!" Caroline insisted.
"Alright, let's find the movie theater first and see what kind of films were currently being shown here... if there's any to our liking?" he said.
"I'd like to watch a horror movie, suspense or sci-fi," she blurted out.
"Great! Nice choices you have, dear, they're also my favorite movie genre," Mike replied.
The couple went to the information center and asked the receptionist where is the movie theater located, they were informed to proceed to the fourth floor of the mall.
The used the escalator to reach the fourth floor and they were lucky to know that there were two horror movies currently being shown in the cinema... titled...' Your Dream Is My Death' and the other one titled...' You Reap What You Sow.'
Caroline looked at Mike. "What a weird title!" she commented.
"Interesting and catchy title, I must say," Mike grinned. "So...sweetie, what you wanted to see first?" he asked.
Caroline looked at him. "Huh? Are you planning to watch the two horror movies one after another?" she asked confused.
"It all depends on you, but if you don't want to watch the two movies... then we only watch one movie today," he answered.
"Okay, let's watch...You Reap What You Sow..." she said smiling.
Mike went to the cashier and bought two movie tickets.
"Let's buy popcorn and soda first," Mike said and went to the food display cabinet.
After getting their large cheese flavor popcorn and two can of chilled soda, the couple entered the movie theater to enjoy their chosen film.
One hour and thirty minutes later, the movie finally ended.
The couple exited the cinema and sported a wide satisfied grin on their faces.
"That was a brilliant horror movie! The gore is less but the suspense is nail-biting!" Caroline commented.
"Indeed, most horror movies nowadays are packed with gore but less substance. I appreciate some horror movies that give the moviegoers more substance and depth compared to other films that put 90% gore scenes and less of the story development. The leading characters were exceptionally awesome in their portrayal of their roles. A big 10 for me!" Mike declared.
"I agree with your rating, it's a superb horror story that only comes once in a while," she agreed.
"Let's stroll around the mall to find if there's anything worth buying or eating around here," Mike said. "Then later after we arrive at our hotel suite let's engaged in a sex marathon all night long," he whispered into her ear, chuckling.
Caroline grinned. "OMG! You're such a horny boyfriend!" she chastised him and elbowed him.
Mike shrugged his shoulder. "Well...that's me!" he snickered.
The couple began strolling the entire length of the mall, then afterward, they rested in a restaurant waiting for their meals for dinner.
One hour later after done eating...
They hired a taxi cab and went back to their hotel suite.
"So, what we're going to do next—?" Caroline asked her boyfriend while running her hands on his chest.
"I want to take a shower with you. Lather your entire body with soap and then lick every inch of your skin until you moan my name in pleasure," he grinned naughtily.
Caroline giggled. "What a nice imagination you had, my dear. So, what are we waiting for—?" she asked him in a seductive voice.
Mike grinned evilly. "Runnnnnnnnnnnn!"
Caroline runs towards the shower, squealing. "Monsterrrrrrrrr!"
"Monster my ass!" Mike laughed and run after his girlfriend inside the bathroom.
Boisterous laughter can be heard outside the bathroom.
Then complete silence...
Followed by loud moaning and groaning.
A few minutes later, a giggling naked Caroline exited the bathroom door followed by Mike in his birthday suit.
They energetically jumped into the bed and their laughter died on their throats as they were already engaged on a lip-locked kissing each other hungrily on the lips...and they went full throttle engaging in earth-shattering lovemaking that lasted until the wee hours of the night.
