275 It's Finally Happening!

Caroline was lying on the bed and she can't sleep. It's already near midnight. She was staring at her phone. Thinking where is her husband right now? Then her mind drifted to her twins. The good thing is they already have been feeding with formula milk and less of her breast milk lately, so they will be fine without her for a short time.

She was feeling miserable deep inside. Her perfect life was crumbling again.
