Meng Yiling was stunned. In her career, she never faved a failure. Actually, failure was not in her vocabulary. A older director crossed his arms "CEO Wu, don't you think you should choose someone who has more experiences?"

Ceo Wu shook his head "No, I want another perspective for business. Even though I won't be there, I'll always check on the company. Everyone here has been working in the company for at least 5 years."

Meng Yiling hit the table and rose her voice "Still, Anna is youngest and her department isn't going well."

Ceo Wu glared at her "No, they are actually ranked as the best here. As for yours, we won't even talk about it."

People sneered inside the meeting room.

Meng Yiling was the best when she entered the company and since Anna arrived, she had been the second choice. But she refused to give up. "What about my department? It has been the best for years!"

A director grinned "Well, it became the worst dear. Maybe because of your bossy attitude or arrogant one!"

Ceo Wu hit harder the table this time. His gaze was dark and scary for everyone. Anna was not scared since she had seen worst with her husband.

Ceo Wu sit calmly on his chair "I'll make myself clear. I already made my choice, and I want no revenge or bullying in my company. I trust Anna and you should too."

The oldest director stood up in surprise "Huo are you kidding ? You want an inexperienced director to take your place! Why didn't you choose me?"

Directors stared at Feng Shen, a dear friend of the Ceo. They had expected him to be the next Ceo even if his department was ranked very low. It was a surprise for everyone in the room.

"I didn't choose you because you don't have the competences. Look at your department, it's a real jungle. Your employees have no respect for you, you can't control them!"

"That's a lie"

"No it ain't. This is the truth. This is the same thing for a lot of you." The directors look at each other in disbelief. Ceo Wu sighed. " You can't make yourself respect! They may do their work and seemed to respect you physically but neither of you know what's going on in their head!"

Directors whispered. One said "How could we know that? We don't have super powers."

Anna who was quietly listening to the conversation answered the question "The work you receive and the relationships with you are employees will change if you make yourself reslect. I'm not talking about fear. If you're feared, your employees will revolt sooner or later"

Ceo Wu waved his hand "This what I'm talking about. Her department is the best because she made herself respect. The work her employees do is the best !" He paused "Now take example on your new Ceo."

Anna let out a gasp of surprise. Directors now had no choice but to respect her. After all, she was their new Ceo.
