Moonlight Company

Anna was working when her grandma and Chen Jun were talking. Lu Xia and her were well positioned in the company as directors. This was the most stressful period of her work career since the old Ceo was giving his place to one of the directors. Anna never actually wanted that job but Lu Xia kinda force her.

"Anna, it's time for the ultimate meeting"

(Sorry, I know nothing about business so if what's gonna be written is bullshit, it's normal)

Anna walked in the meeting with Lu Xia under the the provoking look of Meng Yiling. Lu Xia always said that she was like a frog. They might be beautiful but poisonous. Meng Yiling could be nice with you one day and the next day, she's a total bitch.

"What are you waitng for Anna?"

Meng Yiling sneered but Anna ignore her and started her presentation. "We are going gradually down in the market which is like you probably know, a pretty bad thing."

The audience laughed, well of course Meng Yiling didn't find that funny. She knew that if she wanted to be the Ceo, she will have to make Anna nervous and fail. "How do you plan to change that fact? By humor?"

Anna smiled to her "Thank for the question Miss Yiling. You should know that humor is something great to appease the cold ambiance in our company." Everyone who worked with Anna would agree with that. Her meeting were always energetic and calm but professional and useful. "Anyway, to recover from the loss, we should fisrt of all, lower our production cost. Our materials are way too much expensive."

The people nodded in agreement but as always Meng Yiling had a long face. "But we search quality. The material may be expensive but their quality is high."

One person from resource departement raised the voice "Actually, they aren't. We studied the wood and tissue that we used. It could fragment easily. Our product are now lower qualified than before."

Whispers were heard. Everyone knew that it was Meng Yiling that chose the new materials. One asked a question. "So, we lowered our prices because our wood is expensive?"

Anna coughed to get the attention back to her. "It's not only the wood but all the materials. Also the market of the furniture is going down slowly. We don't have any other branch execpt entertainment in our company."

Meng Yiling crossed her and yawn "So?"

Anna sighed "Well, if we could add a branch in the technology, it would help."

Meng Yiling grinned as she thought that she found a enormous mistake in Anna's idea "Didn't we already buy small companies ?"

Anna nodded "We did but we didn't give enough budget for them to get succesful. It would help us make profit if we could change the budget plan. Since our materials are poor in quality and way to much expensive, we could take that money invaste it."

All looks were now on Meng Yiling. They related the loss to her, she was the one to ask for these materials and the one to dp the budget plan. The old Ceo Wu was listening quietly to Anna presentation. Until now, he would have chose Meng Yiling but knowing now that the loss of money was made by her he was quite reculant.

The audience clapped their hands and one commented her presentation "Wow, that was a great presentation better than Miss Yiling's one. I hope you could work as our Ceo and somehow close the deal with the Chen Enterprise."

'That's gonna be a piece of cake.' Anna thought innerly. She smiled to the guy and nodded in agreement.

Meng Yiling laughed "Will see next time if you can still do better than me!"

The old CEO Wu slapped the table "With your arrogant attitudes, I don't think there'll be a next time. You won't be Ceo Meng Yiling, not in the Moonlight Company!"
