First Kill

"What nonsense are you spouting?"

A middle-aged man wore a couple of golden piece of armor and he emanated a terrifying aura. He looked down from his throne and squinted his eyes which made the atmosphere within the hall more gloomy and terrifying.

"The Eternal Heaven Divine Realm really vanished, my lord. Even the Eternal Heaven God Emperor personally declared the crisis. They even sent thousands of elites to guard the place."

The servant did not dare look up as he said the news with carefulness and utmost respect being found within his tone. After all, the one sitting within that throne is the Dragon Monarch!

"I see. So Zhou Xuzi declared it himself since he knew that such news won't be suppressed for too long. Personally declaring it would reduce the repurcussions of the situation. However, how in the world did the Eternal Heaven Pearl got stolen? Or rather, did it really got stolen?"

The monarch contemplated with seriousness within his face as the surrounding people did not dare make any noise. Even the monarch himself found the situation rather pecurial which made him raise his eyebrows as his pair of eyes dimmed a bit.

'If someone really stole it, that person musn't be underestimated..'

Allen looked around the place and found that he's within a forest. He tapped his clothes to wash away the dust within while looking around with cautiousness.

'Fuck that old man. Where the hell am I?'

Allen cursed inwardly as he stomped his left foot in rage. He calmed himself and slowly walked forward while anxiousness shrouded his heart. Looking around, all he saw is a vast unknown forest which made him feel a bit anxious. Although, he possesses the most powerful treasures within the universe, he only received it a while ago which made him a bit clueless on how to use them.

'Yun Che had that circular something within his left palm, right? What about me?'

While walking slowly, he found some time and checked his left and right palm. Allen asked himself while contemplating in silence, ignoring the surroundings. He did not saw any symbols or any weird incantation carved within his skin which made him frown in distress. Soon, he lost himself in thinking as he unconsciously walked forward. He did not notice a pair of red looking at him with killing intent.

"Ouch!"

Allen suddenly tripped because of some weird crevice within the ground. He fell to the ground quite harshly which made him utter some painful noises. He suppressed the pain of his victim foot as he slowly stood up.

"So.. Where am I now?"

He looked around with an inquiring look plastered within his handsome face. He hoped that he won't find any malicious thing around him. However, the grim reaper from hell seemed to have heard his thoughts, he found a pair of red eyes looking at him with killing intent.

Allen shuddered as he stared at the pair of red eyes with anxiousness. He tried his best to calm down but.. who in the world can calm down if they faced such situation?

He involuntarily stepped back as his movements produced some rustle across the perimeter. The pair of red eyes suddenly vanished as the unknown created moved at insane speed which produced some winds.

Seeing this, Allen's pair of eyes tightened in nervousness as he prepared himself mentally and maybe.. physically too. He waited for seconds but did not found the pair of malicious eyes anymore. However, he still did not let his guard down as his heart beat became rapid.

Suddenly, the pair of red eyes appeared 3 meters away from him which made him tremble in fear. He finally saw the creature.. It was a spider! It was 2 meters in height and 2 and a half in length.

The spider stared at him like a predator staring at it's prey. While the spider is staring at him, Allen tried his best to bring out his treasured sword. He thought of the most strongest thing he can imagine and tried his best to imagine it appearing before him. However, it did not work as the sword did not appear before him.

Allen felt his body getting limp but he quickly steeled himself and faced the situation with determination. He stared at the spider before him with determination flashing within his pair of eyes.

'It's do or die!'

Suddenly, the spider moved in extreme speed as it accelerated towards him! Allen felt his eyes tighten more as his adrenaline kicked in. Within this world, there are two kinds of people: the first kind which would break down in fear and nervousness while facing life and death situation, and the second kind which would become frighteningly calm while facing life and death.

Allen seemed to belong on the second category as he suddenly felt calm, frighteningly calm! He saw the spider swing it's spiky legs towards him in haste. However, he only looked at the spider with calmness within his eyes.

His brain thought of countless possible solutions for his current dilemma. Allen's pair of eyes suddenly brightened as he recalled the ability of Eternal Heaven Pearl to control and manipulate space-time! His pair of eyes brightened even more as excitement gradually appeared within his turbulent emotions.

'Time..'

'Stop!'

Allen thought inwardly as he commanded time to stop with extreme dominance. He felt something within him trigger as the world turned black and white. He saw the black and white energy gradually envelop everything, the same with the spider.

He saw the spiky leg of the spider halt before him. Allen still felt calm as he slowly moved with frightening precision. He walked around the spider and observed for a bit before jumping and performing a downward kick towards the spider.

He waited for the moment when his right foot almost touched the spider. He commanded the time to resume once again as his foot connected to the body of the venomous spider.

Allen did not feel any resistance as his foot suddenly produced an enormous amount of power which blew away the spider and completely disintegrated it to blood.

*Boom*

A supersonic sound echoed throughout the forest which scared some spirit beasts within the perimeter. Allen saw the spider becoming a pile of blood as he immediately threw up because of the gory scene before him.

Even though, it was nothing but a spider, seeing such gory scene would probably make a normal adult faint. Allen, not fainting, is already a great achievement.

After a while, Allen finally stabilized as he swiped his mouth while looking at the scene before him. He felt anxious, guilty and.. excitement! He recalled the moment when his kick broke the sound barrier multiple times.

Allen walked away in great haste as he sensed that the smell of blood spreading across the forest. He knew for sure, with his common sense that this act would attract countless beasts.

'For sure, living within this world is kinda... hard'
