Chapter 6: The meeting

"The heiress of the lockwood is really impressive, she invented a cold sweet called ice cream. I heard it's really tasty do you want some ezu?"

"Really?? This lady lockwood is amazing! I want some please"

"Hoho then you stay here okay? I'll buy one for you"

With one kiss on my forehead she left the room, my awe expression turned blank and sleepy, i leaned on the chair and sways my legs lazily.

For 5 years I've been accustomed to acting like a kid, its like it's becoming a second personality of mine, i even scared my self when i reminisce to my actions this past few days .

I've been playing with the duke every week when he's not busy, Reading story books and picture books with the holy maidens, letting priest gabriel tuck me in bed, and playing with the visitor's kids.

Yeah, i'm really like a kid.

But i never thought ice cream does not exist in this world, i really want ice cream... And it's not because i'm in a kid's body but because i really like eating one.

I wonder who's that lockwood who invented the ice cream, i don't want to assume that she's a reincarnated person like me.

I wonder if she's hadley? Wait no , no i really need to stop putting my whole attention and effort to only one person and especially to that person who i always spend with in my previous life.

I need to find my whole purpose and a reason for living... I guess God really made me smart huh.

"Ezuuu~"

"Mother krisha~" i cheered immediately when i heard her call my name, she's holding a box making me tilt my head..

Why is the ice cream in the box? wait i should not assume immediately.

She handed me the box and i immediately opened it, a glass of white ice cream greeted me making me drool a bit.

I never had an ice cream for 5 years, this day might be my lucky day.

"Go on ezu~ eat with you heart's content"

"En!" I happily nod and pick up the spoon and started it but then i wonder why mother krisha only bought one?

"That ice cream is really expensive haha it probably because it's very popular to the nobles and it's only available to the lockwood cafe"

I heard her mumble while brushing my hair, i paused a bit and stared at her reflection.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to share.

"Here mother krisha i think my mouth couldn't handle the cold, brrr" i cutely said making her cooed at me and accepted the ice cream.

"I see then when you grow up i'll buy you one again"

"Hehe en! Thank you mother krisha~!"

"Ohhhh our ezu is really the best and the cutest! I don't care about the little miss of the lockwood's after all because we have our very own little miss here" i giggle and hugs her neck when she presses her nose and gently nuzzles mine.

"And because our ezu is being a good girl then she can play outside~ do you want that hmm??" I happily nod making her laugh.

I never once left the church and i won't ever but i guess today won't hurt.

"Yosh~" she pick me up causing me to giggle.

"Let's go~" i cheered with her and we happily sung while walking on the hallways.

"To the town we go~

To the place we never saw~

A journey to remember~

To celebrate we'll have a cake for dinner~!"

The holy maidens who sees us would laugh and some of them would squish my cheeks and kisses my forehead.

On our way outside we were greeted by a handsome priest.

"Oh you're going outside ezu?"

"Yes!! We are going for a journey~!"

Pries gabriel chuckles and caresses my cheek. If i'm not a normal person i'll probably blush.

I think i said something that isn't right.. But i don't what is it welp anyway i leans on his head making him smile gently.

"You take care then" i nod vigorously and we started our way towards outside again.

[Hadley Lockwood]

"Daddy daddy? Are you loud of me?" I cutely ask while fiddling with my fingers.. My father smiled wide and cooed on how cute i am.

"Yes yes hadley is the cutest, come let me hug you~" i happily hugs him making him blushes in glee.

"When i grow i want to help daddy become the most wealthiest person on the whole world!"

"Hoho really?" I vigorously nods and nuzzles my head on his chest.

"And i want to marry daddy in the future!"

His jaw dropped and suddenly kneels in front of me and hugs me tightly

I guess my plan is successful.

"And daddy i wanna go outside~" he smiled and nods.

"Of Course of course! Be careful on your way alright?"

I cheered happily and hugs him before rushing my way outside the house.

While walking i notice people staring at me, their eyes were full of admiration and awe.

I couldn't help my self but puff my chest in admiration but my eyes and smile remained innocent in cute.

Acting like this is very easy to me after all in my previous life i'm popular because of acting cutely and ladylike.

"It's so much fun

Let's look outside

And enjoy the pretty ride

Driving in the car~"

I heard a childish nursery rhyme being sang near me, that song is the same in my previous world, but i guess they are many songs that came from my world.

When i stared at the owner of the voice i saw a kid with same age as mine, she was skipping in circular on the holy maiden who's watching her with a gentle smile.

The kid is wearing a white dress with a black ribbon on her waist and a black cloak with golden crosses on the bottom. A sign that she's from the church.

She stops and stared at me, i smiled immediately and started my walking again but this time with a childish skipping.

"What's wrong ezu?" I stares at her and back to the little girl.

"Hadley"

"Hoho you already know the face of the little miss of lockwood? Well i guess you probably saw her when she's havening her awakening earlier"

I didn't answer and smile and continued my skipping however i accidently bump someone causing me to fell on my butt.

"Awy" i childishly exclaimed and pout i raise my head to apologize to the person i bump to but then stop when i felt that he seems familiar.

He's in the same age as me, i think, he has silver hair and grayish silver eyes which is cold and stern.

"I'm sorry" he just stared at me making me tilt my head in confusion.

I don't know why but i felt like i know him, his presence is soothing and makes me relax.

I wonder where i've seen him?

I notice that he's wearing rag clothes and he's skin is a bit dirty.

Is he okay?

"Ezu don't sit on the floor any longer you'll dirty your clothes, did you already apologize to the young man?" I couldn't bring bad my childish facade because of the kid so i replied with a lazy nod.

"Ezu?" When i notice i let my mask crack i immediately smiled and happily nods at mother krisha.

"Yes mother krisha i did! But i wanted to say sorry again! I'm sorry for bumping at you" i stood up and mother krisha immediately pats my clothes.

The boy nods and walks away but then he's head turn in my way again to stare at me before walking away completely.

I wonder who is he.

"Yosh let's go back to the church okay?"

"Ehh?? So fast?"

She laughs and kisses my forehead.

"Yep that fast, ezu is still small don't worry when you turn maybe 10 we would let you go outside alone"

I beamed and raise both my hands on the air.

"Yayyyy!" She giggles and i go back to my skipping.

"It's so much fun
