7 Victory

Josh got tired of waiting and started to play with his phone. He first went on Wuxianovels to read his favourite novel, "Man vs Beast", but saw that the author hadn't released any new chapters, so he decided to read "I was reincarnated as a toy". He had just recently discovered this app and novels, and he found most of them quite entertainable, unlike the books you would have to pay a lot of money for and couldn't return if they were bad.

After a while, the horses were ready, and they started the countdown. Three, two one, Bang! They shot a gun upwards to make the horses run. Just before the horses began running, the clock version of The System glowed purple, and suddenly Shishkebab shoot forwards, leaving the other horses to bite the dust. All of the stadium crew was shocked because they knew that Shishkebab was old, and had never been a fast runner, but now she left the other horses far behind. The race continued on and as expected by Josh, Shishkebab won by a far margin. However, once the race was done, the stadium`s officials took Shishkebab to the side and took some tests.

Josh started to get worried. He thought: What if they fake the results, or the horse is on medication? Then he wouldn't get any money, and might even be investigated by the cops, something which would not be good for him. He had already had enough problems with the law.Josh waited, with sweat starting to cover his back, while the audience wondered what was going on. Josh asked the system: "Did you remove the space effects?" The System quickly answered: [Yes, once the race was over.] Josh calmed down and waited for the result while wondering what he should do if they faked the results.

After ten minutes, which seemed like an eternity for most, the stadium`s officials said trough the speaker system: {Shishkebab has not used any medications, and there are no signs on other things. Shishkebab won the race fair and square, so the money bet on it will be paid, that's all.} Josh`s heart calmed down, and he got up to go towards the betting area. When he came there, there was no one, except the bookie. Josh went up to him, gave him the note and said with a happy voice: I want my money in credit, and I would like it if you could transfer the money now.The man looked at the note and took up his phone to do the transfer. He tapped on a few buttons, and a pinging noise came from the phone, telling him that he had just got 281 300 dollars transferred to his account. Josh left immediately, because the next bus would come in few minutes. While he was waiting, he contacted a builder company and ordered 300 bags of cement. He than called a scrap iron dealer and ordered about a ton of iron, copper and miscellaneous metals. He then called a company which transports items to get what he just ordered and transfer it to the factory. This costed him about 60k dollars.

When this was done, he remembered something the system once told him about there being other systems. He asked the system: "Hey System, you once told me there was three other systems, but what do they do"? The System: [the four systems (me included) was made to help our users differently. I am a ground unit, which means I can only build at the ground, and use material from there. I remember you once played a water survival game, well one of the other systems is basically like that.]
