20 Logisticks and clothes

Josh went through the logistics for a more specific amount of what he had, and what he would need to buy. Because the apocalypse would have a tremendous chance to last for a long time, and the currency they used now would be next to rubbish after it started, it would be better of him to use it all up on useful stuff. He organised them in 3 different sorts on a sheet of paper and added a symbol on them to differentiate if they were easy to get, hard to get, or impossible to get.

+-hard to get

*-easy to get

¤-impossible to get

?-unknown difficulties

Josh immediately noticed that he lacked clothes and weapons, something that would be very useful and maybe even essential to ensure his safety. He went to the livingroom, went online on the pc to look for stores that sold good clothes and a close gun store and noticed that it would be Black Friday tomorrow and if he didn't want to stand in a long que, he would have to go early tomorrow.

Josh looked at the clock and saw that it was almost 11pm, so he decided to brush his theets and go to bed. The bathroom had a sauna and warm tiles, so it was not uncomfortable to stand there with no socks, and the bed was a huge king-sized bed with a comfy pillow and blanket. He fell asleep almost immediately after laying down and was awakened by the alarm he had set on 8am. He groaned, shut the alarm off and slowly rose and went to the bathroom. After a cold shower to wake up, he went to the kitchen and made a tuna sandwich and went to the ground floor where his ride was. He went into it and saw that there were leather seats and a lot of buttons with a manual as thick as an edition of the bible. The manual explained that the ambulance`s fuel was water or gasoline, what environments it was suited to drive in and what some of the buttons were for. Josh did not want to spend the whole day reading and just skimmed through most off it.

He sat down in the driver seat, inserted the keys and ignited the engine. He then pushed a button next to the steering wheel which made an illusion around the ambulance which made it look like an ordinary van. He then said in an excited voice: "Open the gates!". And the garage door rose, and the port opened. He drove out and down the hill to the road and soon experienced the hell called rush hour. It took him 3 hours to get to the hunting store where they sold good winter clothes when it would usually only take him one hour. He used some time to find a parking spot and could finally go to the store. Once he was there, he went inside and asked one of the clerks where their winter clothes and equipment were. He got there and saw that they had clothes for -20c, -40c and -50c. Josh asked his system in his mind: "Exactly how cold will it be in the apocalypse"?
