Josh just sat in his bed, starring at the air for 5 minutes, before finding his phone and calling his boss. Ring ring ring. The Boss in a serious tone:

Josh brushed his theets, shaved his beard and got dressed. When he went outside of his apartment, he saw that it had slowed a bit during the night since the whole road was covered in snow. While walking towards the bus stop, he was humming on "S3Rl I will pick you up." While waiting: " I will pick you up, yeah, I will pick you up." When the bus came, he found an empty seat and took the bus in to the city, more precise the real estate company. When Josh came into the building, he saw many men and women dressed up nicely. He went up to the closest counter and asked the man behind it: "Excuse me, can you tell me if you have any old factories for sale, I don't mind the size of the site as long as there is a garage, at least two floors and is away from the bustling streets and ways." The employee said nicely with a fake smile on his mouth: Please just wait for a moment while I look through our database. Then he focused on the computer screen while typing different things. After a short while he turned to Josh and asked: {How far away from the city, in use and what is your budget?} Josh considered a few things before saying: " at least 20 minutes away from the city with a car, not in use and around 60k. The employee typed a bit more and said: {we have one such place. It is 25 minutes away with car, haven't been used since the 90`s and will cost 58k. Do you want to see it, or just buy now?} Josh said: " Il buy now"
