I am in a coma-like state. A mechanical voice told us that we are chosen to be in a new world and we must survive; on repeat.
" Elderly - people over 45 - Children - people below 18 - are not going to be participating in the event yet. They will be coming after 5 years and It is our responsibility to create a home for them and us to live in. People with injuries or diseases will restore to full health automatically when they arrive at the location. People that are 31+ are given their 30 year old body. The world is 17 times bigger than earth but it does not have an ocean, only under ground water. Resources can be found by chest with different tier. Tier is important. Your race will be altered but alterations may make subtle differences like evolution or bigger ones like zombies, though there may be a risk you lose your humanity and become brainless.
You will be given a core for our house/home. Once placed at mark location it can't be moved. For a fair survival day you will be getting 24 hours of immunity, though you can still die. Also you get a race starter pack.
The core will also have a trading and a communication system. It will give you the owner a brief summary of race, health and weakness; this feature can only be used ONCE activated, details regarding using it again will be on the world. Make allies and enemies, hunt and survive! "

Now I am awake in a field.
I look at the clear blue sky void of any pollution. The warm atmosphere was pleasant and cosy. I looked far into the distance and I saw a mountain range, hills, forest and...
...another person.
What should I do? What if the person is hostile but what if they are friendly.
The person in the distance got up and said, "Hello!" while his hand I realize it was a he by the voice but it sounds a little feminine yet masculine.
I waved back and jogged a bit closer and the person did the same.
When I looked at him, his hair was dyed blue and he had a tail and mutation on his arm and ears with blue scales resembling an aquatic creature.
I was a bit wary at the sight.
And he was a bit wary of me.
He was the first to talk. " What are you?"
I responded with a question of my own. " What are YOU"
The man was a bit confused, then looked at himself and screamed.
I rubbed through my hair wondering if this is the mutation they were talking about.
But rubbing through my hair I had a mutation of my own, I HAD HORNS!!!
My teeth rubbed my lips revealing two extended fangs from two canines. Using my tongue I realized my jaw canines were also longer and my tongue is more sensitive, sharper and longer.

Fear was in our eyes.
I was the first to gain rationality. And I tried to calm him down while doing so I found out his name was Duke and he is a University student and that's all he remembered.
Then it came to me that I was speaking a different language and he was speaking the same language I was speaking. I asked him about it.
He was shocked to find out as well.
We then think about our plan. We both open the system with our core.
We found out that many people have mutations and they talked about their status and their home placement.
Duke and I decided to go put our cores at a higher ground since it is the best option for survival reasons.

On the way, Duke and I made small conversations. Then he asked me a question.
Duke: "By the way I forgot to ask, What is your name?"
I stared at him and try to remember all I could say is, " I don't-t re-remember".
I was confused as Duke and we continued with an awkward silence for a while and we started collecting and reading the chat for more news.
[Marin: There is this weird thing that is in a stone that I found in the forest.]
[London: Someone help me, somebody is coming after me!!]
Then Duke said he found a wooden chest, crafted with a unique design. He opened it and found a map, four bottles of water, a wine glass, and a bag. I remembered about the resource thing the voice said. He showed me the map and it shows the part of the forest we were in, the hill and part of the mountain. And two markers in the centre of the map and three markers south east of the map or the corner of the map. It was not detailed as we hoped and we just assumed about the mountain based on the drawings and the compass.
We both talked about it and we decided we should avoid it, people talk about others taking their stuff and and some talk about hearing beasts growls. It is the best for both of us.

We opened our starter pack. To see what we got we are both getting hungry and it is past noon.

We got random stuff. I am not talking about the clothes I got...
I am still keeping it though it can keep the fire going...
We take a break and eat the [ Cooked meat ] and drink a [ Bottle of Distilled Water ] [ Bottle of Mineral Water ]. The meat was heavy like steak and it had this duck chicken taste? The water was so pure and delicious, I also found out one was mineral water and was distilled by the taste. We obviously rationed our food and water.
So we climbed the mountain till sunset, set up our camp using sticks and leaves we found then watched the view of the sunset till nightfall.
We both could not sleep so we watched the chat and talked.
"So are we putting our cores here, horn?" asked Duke
"Nah, we should closer up there" I responded pointing towards the location.
Oh he started to call me horn during the journey because he find it hard to talk to me without a name so he gave me nickname for the time being.
Me: " By the way can you see better in the dark compared to our world"
Duke: " Now that I think about it I do but still not as in the day It is more of an early morning not too dark and not too light."
Me: "Mmm... I can see almost as well as the day."
Duke: " Really?!"
Me: "Yeah"
Then after some small talk Duke got tired and I told him to get some sleep and I told him I would guard him and that if anything I would wake him up.
Even though he closed his eyes I knew he was awake. After an hour he went to sleep and I was the only one up. Not wasting time I explored the area. Even though I don't have the map on me I could remember it perfectly. I found some paths to take and I got injuries some time but thanks to the immunity buff it healed quickly.

It is still dark and I finally found a route to go.
I take our stuff as one of my check points. Then I carried Duke, it took me an hour or so. After a while I took a short nap and I was re-energised.
Duke woke up after a while and was a little scared about waking up in a different area from where he slept. But I told what I did so he felt kinda better but angry at me.
But what surprised me was that the daylight has not came it was dark. And our immunity was almost at the mark. We both continue up the mountain taking the herbs we find on the way.

Our immunity has finished.
Both of us were a little worried and scared but we comforted each other. It was still dark and the 24 hours period was over.
After a few seconds we heard howling and growls down the mountain. Duke uses his map and finds more markers there than before. We made haste up to the area I found. Then behind me Duke made a statement.
Duke: "There are wings on your back."
I stared at Duke then at myself and he was right! There were wings on my back!? I was panicking and Duke was examining it.
" I am going to touch it," said Duke.
" Ok?" I gave him permission.
His single touch gently on my wings made me jolt now knowing how sensitive it is.
" Don't touch it is extremely sensitive" I said while my wings immediately flapped Shuing him off.
Duke only laughed.
We made it to the mountain valley. It was extremely beautiful, decorated with vines, moss, illuminated plants and flowering trees. It was perfect place to live:

✓Fertile soil
✓Cool temperature

✓Chest
We both explore the valley. The fireflies flyed as we walked to the tree that had delicious looking red tanned fruit and It was delicious. Duke came across something that looks like ocean blue crystal water. He was about to take a drink when I stopped him. I threw a twig in the water because the water looked unnatural and I wanted to see how the twig would react. The twig reacted alright, it literally melted in the corrosive acidic water and it released some fumes that made both me and Duke inhaled, and caused us to hallucinate. Luckily for us, the breeze blew the fumes out of the valley.
Even with this con we decided that we would still live here.
I took the left side and Duke took the right side. We took different sides and did not use one core for our home because it was in reliable for the long game and the space was too small. According to the chat people cores change the house based on people's race.
So yeah, we also started mine and stuff. We realize that we have a point system that can be used for the items the system sells. We get points from materials and quest and we get a discount for **hours. So we sold stuff to people like fruits we had and minerals but minerals were not making profits or anything at all from people so we saved the to ourselves and the system trader.
The system trader is on the trading system. It basically have limited stock and we trade for the stock in terms give the trader more stock on something else but even though it is reliable at the moment but it is at a discount price so when the discount is over it is almost useless. Right now it is asking for something like Yamani herb (picture included) it may ask one for one now but when the discount is over it will ask for something like six for one.

We worked for hours straight and got tired and went to bed. I was in bed, In the middle of the night or my slumber I had a fever, I was burning up. I was sweating hard trying to cool my body. The feverish blush covered my face then...

General POV
During the night, a boy with dark black hair opened his yellowed tint eyes slowly turning purple then transitioning to crimson red. He wiped the dirty sweat from his face and revealed a face full of greed. He opened his room door to the valley and walked to Duke's door. He placed his hand on the door job and showed his devilous smile showing his canine teeth.
