Chapter 6 Teaser

After short discussion, Erlina and the rest decided to go back to the village. With Jo and Juri wounded, the hunting process would be more difficult. Jo also said that the hunting team didn't have a good hiding place outside the village. This reason alone was enough to make them made a decision.

The reason?

Without good hiding place, they could not be able to save the raptor corpse. So, they could not continue their hunt because of the corpse problem.

Jo didn't want to help them very much. From his perspective, to much help would only dull their instinct and creativity.

Looking at their naive confusion, Jo proposed to make a cart. Obviously, Jo couldn't make wheeled cart. He told them to create cart that similar to snow cart, without wheels. With help of his blades, creating it would not be impossible.

Then they pulled the cart in rotation method. Two pulled the cart, one defend the cart, and the other took a rest on the cart.

Time skip, one week later...

They arrived at the village gate. Their hunting duration was very short, but the haul was not bad.

"Tell village leader that we got several members wounded." Erlina told the gate guard.

The gate guard nodded and immediately ran toward village leader. Erlina nodded and told the rest gate guards to help Erlina wounded members move and pull the cart. The guards without any chit-chat immediately helped them.

Not long after, the villager gradually began to crowded the road. Although they came back early, their haul was good. That was worth celebrating.

Loud cheers reverberated on the street. The hunters proudly smiled at the enthusiastic villager. Jo even could not help to be influenced by the crowd.

Without realizing, they had already arrived at the village hall. The village leader and someone mysterious beside her stood with warm smiles.
