4 Chapter 3: The Night Beauty

I followed the map on my watch as Mr Willow instructed and found my room. There was a letter taped above a fingerprint button, to the middle of the shiny sliver iron door. It read: Insert fingerprint to enter. I took down the letter and put my finger on the door finger scan. It slowly slide to the side.

I obsevered the medium sized room with light pink wallpaper: a twin xl bed with cotton material purple covers,a white closet with flowers decoration carved into it, two white bed side tables,a study area and xx horizontal sliders had purple, nylon rod pleat curtains with blue pattern on them, hanged above on the left back of the room . There were three puffy pillows on the bed,two big and one small.

At the right side one meter away from my bed was a flush wooden door. I walked to it ,opened it to find a cute little bathroom; A walk- in bathtub,a drop-in sink,a toilet and a medicine cabinet with a minor. I look in the minor admiring myself. My waist lenght chestnut hair in a casual braid and my dark green eyes tired.

I sighed,went back to the room to unpack my things. The closet had a couple of uniforms: knife-pleated skirts and tunics,all purple. There were also blue and purple ties,a blue crest with Night Beauty written in purple,white notch collar blouses, black Mary janes shoes and ballerina flats. They had everything prepared for our school or should I say training?

After all my unpacking I threw myself on the bed. It was soft and comforty,like a heavenly bed. As soon as my eyes closed I felt into a calm nice slumber.

"Lydia! Lydia!" I heard a high pitch girly voice calling me followed by three knocks on the door. " Am tired! one more minute Lily," I said with a yawn falling back asleep."Lydia!" this time it was a male voice, none I have ever heard before. Then it hit me,I wasn't home! "Am coming!" I replied running to the door. Finger print in and door open. My eyes met four pair of eyes. "Hi, Am Sunhi Goyi ," she said extending her hand towards me. I took it and introduced myself," Am Lydia Silver." Everyone smiled expect the dark skinned girl,who look dead serious. "We are the Night Beauty and we are here for you," a muscular guy with jet black hair replied. "Why aren't you ready?"ocean eyes guy asked. "We are going to be late," Sunhi added."What time is it?" I asked. "7:35 am We got ready early ," dark skinned girl stated. "Give me five minutes," I replied awkwardly closing back the door. I need to get ready now!

"Finally," Sunhi sigh when I came out and locked my door. "Am sorry," I apologized. " Everyone over sleep sometime,"blonde, ocean eyes guy assured m. "Am Logan,"introduce himself. "And am Kaleb" muscular guy replied. "Miss icy walking in front of us is-" She turned to us rolling her eyes. " Am not icy- am Annabelle," was her cold statement. " See icy," Kaleb whispered to me. I giggled. "Here is a Apple Lydia," Sunhi said giving me a ripe juicy apple." A bottle of water and some biscuits, " Logan and Kaleb said handing me a bottle pure water and pack of strawberry biscuits. " Thank you," I thanked them. It was when my tummy roared . "We thought you meant be hungry so we got you snacks and water," Sunhi stated. "How thoughtful and caring of you guys," I replied my smile bright giving. I gave each a hugs. Annabelle cleared her throat and spoke irrated ," If you guys are done being nice. We have five minutes for class. " If you are done being icy can we go back to being nice," Logan stated calmly. "What did you just say?" Annabelle questioned. "Uhm nothing," Logan replied. We giggled and dashed pass her. "Immatured teenagers!"she yelled trailing after us.
