6 Let’s Get This Party Started

This was first time I woke up on my own in a while. After others were taken to correct the timeline, we were told that we are going to be summoned soon.

As many of the red and orange groups were sleeping when the correction began, they had to be taken care of before us.

This was the fifth sleep cycle since the correction began. I had started to count time by sleep cycles, the method of taking a day as time between two times I went to sleep.

It was strange to find Jay absent from his place, where he usually slept. So I jumped to his head to spook him.

He was somewhere in center, as I appeared suddenly and hit him on head, the people with him also got surprised. Jay was little angry for ruining his little show.

He tried to hit me; I jumped to Tim to save myself. He didn't follow, so I went back. This time I didn't hit him, I just floated above him. He was flirting with two girls, who also didn't notice me.

Taking this as a chance, I casually went up to them, and challenged Jay for a duel. He couldn't deny as for keeping his strong image, about what he was boasting to them.

I let him attack first; he threw a punch, which I dodged. This went on for a while, until he decided to kick me. That kick hit me hard. So, I got serious, and dodged his punches while blocking the kicks.

Then I started something which pissed him off. I started to jump using my band. I had shifted it to my palm form wrist. I jumped to his head, hit and went back to my spot then come back to hit him again. The girls started to get worried due to how serious we got.

This was the chance that I was looking for; I registered one of the girls and went back to my spot. This should have pissed Jay more, because he chased me here. This time, I was caught off guard, so I took several hits before reacting. I jumped to the girl I marked. She let out a scream when I appeared out of nowhere, just in front of her.

I stood at my spot, waiting for Jay. He appeared; saw me with one of the girls. I had tied her while other was just lying there unconscious. He let out a gasp and charged to attack me.

I jumped behind the tied girl, she took a hit, but Jay didn't stop to look at her. As he was about to hit again, other girl stopped his hand.

I had him in a checkmate. The girls were scolding him for a long time now. His face was all red.

I knew that he had been boasting a lot, even lying to the girls. So I took the time I had to form a plan with them to uncover Jay. Our uniforms were designed to prevent any kind of injury. There was some kind of barrier around our body which absorbed every impact.

I got this info when I woke up, Tim had been experimenting around. He also was able to clone. As this place prevented escape, if one tried to move in time, they will form clones. The thing was that the clones were all connected with each other, so their moments were same.

I used this info to mess with Jay, but found him sprouting nonsense. So this was little punishment for him.

The girls went back. Jay was angry with me, so I tried to distance myself for time being.

I was also exploring the place and talking with a lot of people. Some spoke different languages, so it was hard to talk with every person I meet. One place was surprisingly crowded.

The reason for the crowd was hard to point out.
